Stayed Oct 3, 2025Size and layout was great. Could use updating. Dissatisfied with the overall cleanliness of the house. Had to vacuum up bugs from floors and bathrooms, and killed mosquitoes inside the house during our entire stay! Pool was nice, and water temperature was great! Proximity to beach and Southbeach was also great.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but a few things. Outside of the main sliding door out to the pool, a drain was backed up and flooded the whole are making it impossible to walk outside without being in ankle deep gross water. I emailed and sent pics the first day and no one came out to assess. Also- I don’t feel as though it was cleaned up to standards.

Stayed May 17, 2025Very clean home and close to the beach. Roomy and highly recommend. Used to visit HHI years ago and it’s good to see not much has changed in Sea Pines.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in this house because our experience last year was so great. The house, particularly the kitchen, is very well stocked. Pool is warm without extra fees and great for kids. We had another great stay this year however I did find changes in the beach a little disappointing. There has been erosion from recent storms on South Beach so there is very little beach the several hours before and after high tide. This limited the amount of time we could be on the beach without driving to a different public beach on the island. Additionally, the ramp of the boardwalk to the beach broke off so you have to jump 2.5 feet from the end of the boardwalk to the beach which made it difficult for wagons and kids and grandparents. This is no fault of the rental company. Just fyi for renters.

Older bathroom downstairs is a problem. Shower curtain blows all over the place. Didn’t use it.Not enough refrigeration space for a 5 bedroom house. Trash cans in kitchen are too small for a 5 bedroom home. When you have that many people, the kitchen is not functional. Overall it was a good house.

Stayed May 18, 2024House is lovely with a great kitchen. The set up is perfect to let kids have their own space- bedrooms upstairs and a separate family room. It’s a short walk to the beach or to The Salty Dog for a bite/drink/treat. Tons of shady paths for walking or biking. This trip was easier and more relaxing than I could have dreamed!!
