Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house three years ago and it was perfect for our family of kids/grandkids from 3 states. Well organized kitchen, very clean house. Pool & hot tub perfect and the beach a 2 minute walk on a private path. Beach was gorgeous and not at all crowded. Screened in porch an advantage. Plenty of room for everyone in the living room/dining/kitchen open area. Comfy beds and furniture. Everyone enjoyed the house!

Beautiful house, excellently appointed, a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely neighborhood, as well. We would definitely come back.

Large bedrooms with plenty of baths, great seating area for our large group, large open kitchen and beautiful pool area. Access to the beach was amazing, with less than a minute walk on a paved path. House otherwise is nice but in need of some maintenance. Floors have many soft spots especially in primary bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful week at 48 Mooring Buoy over the Fourth of July, bringing together 4 kids ranging from 2-9 and 6 adults. The house is very well set up for a family. The pool was wonderful and included stairs that worked very well for the younger (and older) members of the family. The beach is much closer than we expected down a lovely trail, and the neighborhood had great running/walking trails that everyone enjoyed. The property management company made everything easy and was extremely responsive (although we really didn't need anything). The only suggestion would be to include a few more items in the kitchen - very hard to cook for a crowd without baking sheets, hot pads, bowls, etc. Bring your own if you plan on making meals. We would definitely stay again!
