3rd Row 6 Bedroom/7 Bathroom Bright Spacious Two-Story Home in Palmetto Dunes

Very nice house with superb access to the beach. Great bedrooms. Very nice pool although the maintenance folks missed a few minor things during cleaning. The kitchen/great room layout is very conducive to allowing interaction between those working in the kitchen and family relaxing in the great room. The only really minor negative is that the driveway is a little small (5 cars max) so if you have visitors it is pretty tight. Great location- close to tennis courts etc without being so close that it’s noisy.

The house was large enough for 11 people with 2 refrigerators which we thought was great! It was comfortable, the pool was great and beach proximity was perfect! It has definitely been well used over the years , needs a little updating and one room was lacking air conditioning but we had a great time!

The house suited our needs well with 5 kings and a twin room. A bunk room would have been even better. Loved how each room had its own bathroom! The pool was wonderful - shaded much of the day. The paved short walk to the beach was very helpful. A few negative things worth mentioning: Our mattress was poor quality / the TVs in the house were VERY small / there were no empty cabinets in the kitchen to put food (we had to empty cabinets for food - put extra nonperishable food in master closet and under bathroom sink. Even with these few negative aspects, we had a GREAT family vacation!

Let me start with the good, the location of this home is great! Literally a minute walk to the beach! The manager Marcia I dealt with was amazing as well! We had a great week with our two kids and our friends and their baby on their first family vacation. When we arrived to HHI on Saturday it was about 2:30 and check in wasn’t till 4. I called the management company asking if there was any way we could get into the property early since we had been in the car for hours and we had 2 little kids that needed naps. The initial woman I spoke with was rude and ended up hanging up on me. Needless to say I ended up reaching Marcia who was a gem. She let us in the home a half hour early which is when the fun began. The house was allegedly cleaned thoroughly due to CoVid... not the case. Fingerprints hair and sand everywhere would lead us to believe the cleaning job was half done at best. My wife being the clean freak she is due to having a crawling baby used an entire tube of Clorox wipes on just the Kitchen, dining, and living room. Two hours later the cleaning company showed up to spruce things up because I called and complained. Needless to say Marcia made us whole by refunding the cleaning fee. The next day the A/C unit stopped working, it was 92 degrees in the house. On a Sunday I thought this would never get handled. I called the after hours line and within an hour the HVAC guy came and fixed the unit and by Monday morning it was 75 degrees in the house. Lastly the listing says “recently updated,” not sure who determines what “updated” means, but this house looks like the last updates were done a decade ago. Despite all of this we had a great time on the island. I would say it’s mostly due to the pool area and the proximity we were to the beach. The house should’ve been nicer for the price in my opinion. We won’t stay there again, nor are we likely to stay on a property managed by this management company.

This house was perfect for us, six women and two children. The layout of the house is the best ever. I told my husband that if I could pick the house up and take it home, I would. The size of the bedrooms, each with its own bath, and floor plan are very inviting for groups. My granddaughter LOVED her room, the twin bed one. She thought she was pretty special and loved how you had to turn to get to it. Pool is great, beach walkway is the best ever!!!!! The location is excellent and the beach the biggest we have ever seen (and we have been coming for 17 years). I would recommend this house to everyone.
