This was an amazing place! Super clean and had all the amenities. The deck was beautiful and a perfect place if you want to have a small gathering. Beautifully decorated for Aggies and a great getaway for football games or graduations, ring dunks, etc. The host was so gracious and and quick to respond. We won't hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed a long weekend for a wedding in College Station. The house was perfect and the owners were absolutely wonderful, they went above and beyond to answer all our questions for the busy weekend.

Location was great and close to our son's home. Place was very clean and appeared as in the photos. Only issue was that the TV did not have good reception - so we were unable to watch football on Saturday.

Home away from home! The attention to detail and plentiful instructions were so helpful and appreciated. Our son is a fish in the Corp of Cadets, and we came down to watch him march and provide a home cooked dinner for him--and a place for him and a few buddies to have some time off the Quad. The huge living area was a great place for them to relax. I enjoyed hearing them laugh about their stories from the week. What a squared away group of young men. The new gas grill was perfect for grilling and the kitchen oven worked great for making cookies. It was very clean and cozy. My 8 month old grandson was fascinated with the birds in the morning in the back yard. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay.

House is put together well. Hosts were very nice.

Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Felt like a home—extremely clean & well-stocked in the kitchen, bathroom. Lots of towels & sheets, etc. The house has big closets and plenty of floor space for air mattresses and plenty of seating. The backyard truly is the best for bird watching—our 3-7 year old grandchildren totally enjoyed spotting & hearing all the birds. The deck is huge & would be great for grilling. We also appreciate that all instructions were detailed and thorough. Location was perfect for us. Thanks for a great stay. And for the coffee!
