Stayed Dec 30, 2022This was our first winter in Florida. What a wonderful experience. The house was as represented on the VRBO listing, although a bit more dated than was obvious from the photos. In spite of this, it was an incredible place to spend three months away from our normal winters. The community is incredible and the location is so convenient to so many amenities. The property manager was very responsive.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022Beautiful community and a good unit. Property manager Ingrid is first rate. Could not have been more responsive, helpful and friendly. No ability to access golf was a disappointment but known in advance. Pool and hot tub very close. 20-30 mins to Siesta Key Beach. Shopping nearby. Restaurants everywhere. Great location.

Stayed Dec 28, 2021We rented for 1 month and everything was pretty much as expected except the master bathroom shower. The water pressure was nonexistent! We also had a small problem with ants and cockroaches. The manager was always available by phone. The pool is very close to the house and well maintained. Unfortunately there are tall trees during the winter that prevent the pool area from getting sun in the later afternoon. Neighbors were very friendly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property is kept in immaculate condition and has everything u need for a great vacation! Location is very central and the area is beautiful. Any small issues were addressed immediately. Would definitely stay here again!
