We loved our stay at Wellington Penthouse!  We were very comfortable, found it well appointed and spacious, and it completely met our needs.  We love the floor plan, the high ceilings, the color schemes and the front balcony.  We enjoyed walking the Peter Anderson Arts Festival and the many shops and restaurants that are within short walking distance from this unit. We would certainly recommend it to anyone and will want to stay here again if we return to OS and need the extra space this place offers us.

Love staying at this condo

This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this house. Last year we stayed in the bottom unit this year we stayed in the top unit. Both are amazing. We cant wait until next year for our yearly friends get together. Same place - Same time!

House was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very roomy. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops! Great location. Noise machines in each bedroom was a nice touch to drown noise of train coming through. Would definitely rent again.

This property exceeded my expectations because I have been to Ocean Springs before and stayed in hotels. It was in a great location for what we were there for and it was new, clean, and all of the amenities worked as documented. All instructions were easy to understand. All in all, this property made for a GREAT weekend getaway

Lovely accommodations, well-equipped (needs a few more cups and glasses), owner anticipated and provided all basics for guests. There is no sidewalk from the condo to Government Street and currently there is construction on the block. Downtown is not walkable for handicapped or most aged. The view from the balcony and windows leaves much to be desired. The property manager is most helpful and very prompt with responses.

We were in Oceans Springs for a songwriters festival and this was the perfect location. It was within walking distance of most of the venues, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The apartment was very clean and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was precious. Centrally located and walkable to most restaurants and shops. It’s the upstairs of a duplex. Three bedroom. Clean. The house was very easy to work with and communicate with. We will return For sure.

We rented out the entire home Top (penthouse) & bottom (casa Callie) for our entire family to stay and it was absolutely perfect!!! The pictures don't do this place justice! its so spacious, nice, and has all the best amenities plus some!! The spot is nice and quiet except when the train runs by, but turn up the sound machines provided in each room and you won't even hear it!! if you have small children the major plus is the master closet is plenty big enough to put a pack in play in and provide complete darkness! IYKYK. Chris was super fast to respond to any questions we had, and you will love how close you are to all the best spots in Ocean Springs! We will definitely be booking this spot again!

The space is bigger than the pics show. It’s a short walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is very clean and well maintained. The location was great being minutes from the beach and walking distance to food, shopping, and a fantastic nightlife. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely reurn. The owner communicated check in and check out instructions and provided a binder of local attractions.

The property was clean and spacious. Communication with the property manager was timely and informative. The location is just a block from the shops and restaurants on Government Street. We will definitely be back!
