Step inside to discover a beautiful eat-in kitchen and a spacious open living area that is perfect for gathering with loved ones. A convenient half bath and a washer and dryer are located downstairs for your utmost convenience. The one-car garage ensures hassle-free parking.



Head upstairs to indulge in the grandeur of the primary suite. This massive retreat boasts an updated ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, giving you the perfect space to unwind. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a dedicated workspace, providing comfort and productivity. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, and the guest bath in the hallway ensures ample privacy and convenience for everyone.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!



Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

    The AC was not working, spoke to the property management and instructions were not helpful. As if the instructions were for a different AC unit since I was ask to preform task on the unit itself. Which did not match the unit 75 degrees downstairs and worse upstairs. Going to be a terrible night.

    Would definitely recommend. Overall property seemed clean. Our unit did have an odor but the staff helped us take care of this issue. Property management and staff were awesome. Convenient location. We would definitely stay again.

    Our family wanted to stay somewhere not too far from Disney and near the beach. This location was perfect! We loved the on site pool and Dolphins restaurant was within walking distance. Cocoa beach was just down the road. We highly recommend and will be back again!

    The townhome was very nice. The property manager was amazing! He communicated extremely well with me before the stay and during the stay. But what I would like to point out is how amazing he was when I left my medicine behind. He immediately reached out and went out of his way on a verify busy Sunday to help figure out how to get it to me quickly. This kind of above and beyond service is what keeps you coming back. I highly recommend!!!

    This residence had all the amenities that we wanted. There was easy access to main roads, yet peaceful and quiet at the same time. Onsite restaurant was excellent. Activity on the canal was interesting with dolphins swimming by every day. Pool & hot tub were both good as well.

    This place was wonderful. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo as far as starters. Pool was heated and a beautiful setting. It became a nice place to play games and take a dip in the pool. The two week free cleaning was unexpected but so nice and the manager, Ruby was the best I have encountered ever. She was good with the rental from the beginning and was always great with communication. Thank you for a wonderful time.
