3BR Private Pool Home w/ Fenced Yard + Dogs OK in Orange Park

Pool and back yard area was awesome! We will be back!

This house is amazing, plenty of room, has a very warm feeling to it. We spent Christmas here and it was just the best. The pool area is very nice, we grilled steaks on the gas grill that was perfect in size and easy to use. The upstairs area for the kids to play games was perfect. Everything was clean, plenty of bathrooms, all of which were very clean. The kitchen was awesome, dual ovens that were on the cutting edge of technology, clean and very helpful for Christmas dinner. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We are already planning our next visit

We had trouble entering the front door. The instructions were correct and the lock worked but the thumb button of the door hardware would not retract the latch therefore not allowing us to open the door. It took several tries before we were able to gain entry. The overall appearance inside is very plain and the rugs could all use a good cleaning. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely soft and not very comfortable. The house met all of our needs but the quality was disappointing based on the price. The location was great and easy to access.

The house was very nice and clean. The check in and check out was easy. The management was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Get place loved bathroom's......this place is like walking into 1970's Brady bunch house....had fun with it

The house was bigger than what we expected. Lots of room and space. The house had 3 full baths which was nice. Upstairs game/play area added bonus. Pool and outside area was great as well. I'd book again.

Very nice place with plenty of room to visit with Kids and take in the a few of the sights of Jacksonville.

Nice house, very clean, beds were uncomfortable and bath towels were very rough but otherwise we had a nice stay

Beautiful home and area. Comfortable beds in two of the 3 rooms. We had a few lighting and outlet issues in the master. No hot water coming out of the master bath sinks. The shower in the bath was fine. Biggest issue was the threshold going from the master to the master bath had carpet tacks exposed. Did not notice it until my son stepped on it. I had to put one of the bathroom carpet mats for the remainder of our stay.

The booking and check-in process was seamless, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. However, the yard needed much attention—it was in such bad shape that I actually went out to purchase a rake. Fortunately, the yard service arrived while I was away, and the yard saw a major improvement. Despite this, the home still stood out due to curb appeal not looking as good as the surrounding neighbors. Other issues were: (1) The grill was dirty and non-functional, (2) there were stains on the primary bedroom carpet, (3) the sofa had holes and felt unclean. While the home is old, it had a certain charm, quaint and characterful. Unfortunately, it had an old home smell that was quite noticeable. Please note, it was not bad but again, it was prominent. Overall, a mixed experience. However, I would definitely recommend staying providing the issues outlined in (1), (2) and (3) are addressed. Thanks for allowing me to stay in your home.

The property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to relax, sleep, and play. The only suggestions I would make are 1)small holes at bottom of fence need to be filled so dogs don’t get out and 2) definitely could use more towels throughout. These are just suggestions and would not deter us from staying there again.

The house is as shown in the pictures. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was great except way colder than we are used to. The front and back doors were hard to use. Lots of room to stretch out with the grandsons. It is dated but very unique. Close to anything and everything. We would definitely stay there again. The train being close is a non-issue. It’s pretty quiet and the boys loved seeing it.

Beautiful home and very clean. Lovely pool/patio area. The downside was the pool was green when we arrived and we lost a day of swimming. The upside was the management company got the pool service out right away - unfortunately we had to give the chemicals 24 hours to work

We moved our oldest into college and stayed the week to help her get familiar with the area. We enjoyed some pool time and made trips to the beach! We will definitely be back.

House was big enough for all 6 of us, the pool and kitchen were used often.

Myself, and my husband and our two young daughters and our teenager and our adult son and there grandma and my small yorkie furr baby stayed here for our yearly beach vacation!!! I looked at A lot of places for my big family to stay and one that would accommodate my furr doggy and one with a pool for my kids!! I looked a lot trying to find a place but money was the problem with most places are the places that had a pool we would have to share and could only swim till a certain time. I found this home and it had everything I was looking for for my myself and my family!! My kids Beyond loved the pool and all my family had plenty of space to stay in the home!! Also the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have actually ever had on vacation and that’s 8yrs of us staying at beach places with hard beds! The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was that the beach was about 30 minutes are so away, but we can’t have everything we want! My kids grandma wish her room would have had a tv cause my kids mostly used the living room tv and the den tv! We used ours in the master but not many channels to real choose from on it! When we got here there was barely any propane so I payed 30 bucks for a Néw propane tank and we used it a few times. Again this home was a great place just no beach within walking distance roughly 30 minutes are more depending on traffic to Jacksonville beach is the closest. I would love for my family to stay here again if we save enough money next yr!

Plenty of room, location was wonderful, and outside pool and grill area was perfect. Have family in area and will definitely be back.

We loved the house and pool. Really great character. Fun spaces for the kids and family. Nice pool area. Landscaping could be better. Also more pests than we would like but still really enjoyed the space.
