The home features 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. A toddler bed is availablefor children ages 0–3, as well as a twin bed for additional sleeping space. The open living area is perfect for spending time together, and the home includes high-speed internet and a smart TV for your entertainment. The home includes high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk, making it perfect for both relaxation and remote work if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes an oven, dishwasher, and an electric grill, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. For added convenience, the home also features a washer and dryer. The outdoor space is one of the highlights of the home. Enjoy your private screened-in pool and patio area, perfect for relaxing, dining outside, or spending time with family. The pool area provides a comfortable and private setting for your stay. For your convenience, we provide a beach kit that includes chairs, umbrella, and cooler — everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. Pets are welcome. A fee of $25 per pet, per day applies. The yard is fenced with a 4-foot metal fence and a self-latching gate. Please note that it is not a solid privacy fence. A 120V outlet is available for EV charging (please bring your own charger). A fee of $10 per day applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it. The home is located just a short drive from Marco Island beaches and close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, while still offering a quiet environment away from busy tourist areas. A one-time cleaning fee of $245 applies per stay. This covers professional cleaning after your check-out. For stays longer than 5 days, we recommend scheduling an additional mid-stay cleaning for your comfort (available upon request). House Rules. Please note the following house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone: No smoking inside the home or on the patio. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional House Rules:The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior approval. Occupancy limits must be strictly followed. Exceeding the number of guests may result in cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or amenities during their stay. Any issues must be reported immediately. Please do not move furniture without prior approval. Please keep doors and windows closed when possible to prevent insects and maintain indoor temperature. Air conditioning should be used responsibly and not left running with doors or windows open. Excessive mess or additional cleaning required may result in an extra cleaning fee. Trash must be placed in the outside bins. Failure to follow trash guidelines may result in additional charges. Lost or unreturned items (including beach equipment, keys, or remotes) may result in additional charges. Pets Policy: Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. A fee of $25 per pet, per day applies. Pets should not be left unattended unless crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pool Rules: Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving. No glass containers in or around the pool area. Please rinse off before entering the pool.
