3BR Peaceful, Kiawah, Lagoon View Home, Wifi, Comfortable and Welcoming

The home was spotless and has a beautiful, peaceful setting. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Sam was a wonderful host. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The listing pictures are spot on. We loved the house the minute we opened the front door. We've been vacationing on Kiawah for the past 6 years. This is by far the nicest rental we've had. Large home but felt very cozy. Mattress looked new and was very comfortable. Freshly laundered sheets. Plenty of fresh towels. Hot water without much delay & great shower pressure. Well stocked kitchen with probably any spice you might need. I routinely bring a night light when traveling. There was one (motion sensor) in every room. Light switches as well as other amenities were labeled to save guesswork. Very nice touch! We loved the deck and the few steps down to the bank. A blue Heron greeted us the day we arrived and was a frequent visitor. Sam was a great, approachable host. I always read reviews before staying anywhere. Ditto to all of the complimentary reviews by previous renters. Wonderful experience. Thank you Sam!

Sam was amazing from start to finish! He was so easy to work with and ensured we had all the information prior to arrival. The house was pristine and the listing doesn’t do it justice. Incredible views over looking the lagoon. Just an amazing trip! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location! We loved the pond view, seeing the water birds, and relaxing outside. The house is well supplied and comfortable for a group.

want to thank the hosts for making my family's easter week stay in Kiawah fabulous the house was meticulously clean and perfect for my family. The house had everything we needed to make us feelat home and also accomdate all the needs of the family which included 3 under the age of 6.. ie bowlsand utensils for morning cereal/breakfast and never ending snacks plus a few loads of laundry. thank you!

This is one of the best places we have ever rented on vaca…comfy, convenient, well-appointed with lovely lagoon view..absolutely loved it!

The house was perfect. Beautiful setting with great backyard and deck. Plenty of room and great spacess for dining, reading, watching tv and puzzling. We had a great time and will hope to rent this house again. Sam is so nice and super helpful. We loved it!

Very comfortable, well equipped home. Quiet, peaceful, close to bike trails. Perfect house if traveling with teenagers as master bedroom on opposite side of house from other bedrooms.

This is the best outdoor space and view of any place we’ve stayed at in Kiawah. Great appliances, updated bathrooms and short bike ride to the beach. Wonderful stay, great communication from the owner.

We had a great stay on Kiawah Island. We loved staying in the the house and sitting out on the deck by the peaceful lagoon and watching the birds and jumping fish. The house was absolutely lovely.
