3BR Home 5 Min to Beach w/Pool, Pickleball & More!

My family enjoyed our vacation and stay here at this location! Very quiet and serene environment! Thoroughly impressed at how responsive and communicative the owner was during our stay! There were a couple things we felt could have been in order before arriving, such as the outside garbage bin being full and the backyard being a bit unclean, but that was handled the moment we brought it to the owner’s attention! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in this home and it's beautiful. Beds are comfy, nice fenced in area for fur babies and a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was friendly and quick to answer any questions i had.

Wonderful updated home in nice quiet neighborhood. Few miles to the beach. Great pool in the neighborhood. Kids loved walking to the boat dock everyday to look at the water and boats. Host was extremely quick with communication.

We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. We loved the proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool a lot and played pickleball everyday. If you play pickleball a lot the court is a bit weird to get used to but it was fun to have it right by the house.The beds were very comfortable which is always a plus! The host was great with the few questions we had. We were so thankful for our pets to be able to join us. We travel with a Silver Lab and a kitty. Both are great pets so it was nice to have a place that allowed them to be there. The only thing that was a minus for us was the couch was a bit dirty with sand and needed swept and the couch on the back patio was a bit mildew smelling. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

This unit was awesome for 5 seniors. Fabulous views. So spacious! Stocked very well. WiFi great, tv reception perfect; tons of stations. Can’t say enough good things about this lace!

Our group of senior-aged women gathered for a college reunion. We cooked in and found the kitchen well stocked. The house is very nicely decorated and spacious for our group of seven. Very clean. We particularly enjoyed the views and the wildlife near the house. We would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

We loved our stay at Moment of Surrender! The views are much better than the pictures. The updates were great and the baths for each bedroom were so nice.

Our group had the best time at this property. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed and the views were incredible. Location was close to everything, just a short drive away. Would love to visit again!

Property was in great shape, and in a great location to get to all regions of Rocky Mountain National Park. View off the back porch was phenomenal. We had plenty of room for our 7 person group.

Our highest compliments to the Hosts for cultivating an Incredible Vacation rental. The hosts have thought of everything. While we didn't bring children, the place would be great for that as well. Do not let the unassuming looks from the outside fool you, this place is total Class, 4 bedrooms with their own baths, every room with great views, great finishes, every need taken care of. Perfect house for our wedding party as Father and Mother of the bride. Thanks for a great space and experience!

Wonderful, spacious home with amazing views front and back. We will probably stay here again next year!

The property was gorgeous however while I was using the restroom in the master bath, a gentleman came walking in the door using the door code without even knocking why my four year-old daughter was asleep on the couch. He stated he was there to take the trash out very alarming made me a little nervous. He said there were no cars out front, also in addition, there was a camera in the master bedroom on top of the TV along with a camera in the living room on top of the TV. This made me a little leery. I’m not sure if the cameras were on but it seems like an invasion of privacy in addition to that , our son who was extremely sick on the way up and had to go to the doctor. We called the property manager to see if there’s anyway we could check in a couple hours early. They said they would get back to me but never did communication doesn’t seem important

We loved our stay at Moment of Surrender. Beautiful, clean home with lots of amenities. Amazing views whether you’re on the front deck or the back deck. Close to town and easy access to everything. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

There is a lot of room in this house. Plenty of space for getting together or alone time whichever you needed at the moment . The property manager was very responsive to the only request we made. Easy to get into town, yet far enough away to have quiet nights

We had a small girls get away and the house was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked and the host was extemely responsive when we had questions. Will stay again if I am back in Estes Park!

Perfect home to drive into RMNP and do some fantastic hikes with kids. Waking to the amazing mountain view will put a smile on your face!

This house was a perfect stay for me and my friends. It had everything we needed and enough room for all of us. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at Moment of Surrender and it was pure bliss. My husband, three adult kids and I were thrilled with the views, the comfy furnishings, the excellent kitchen set up, multiple bathrooms - paradise. So close to everything in Estes Park & RMNP, but quiet and private-feeling. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
