3BR Cottage near UofA and MTB

The house was not as advertised. It was not in a good location and was very dirty. There was hair all over every bed, walls were filthy, food all over couch, and food all over the outside of the fridge. It was not as described at all. We were unable to stay because of this. We stayed 5 minutes and contacted the host. He offered to come clean it but we were not comfortable staying there after seeing the condition. I would not recommend at all.

Our host, the property, and location were ideal for a wonderful weekend. The cottage is quaint but wonderfully furnished and has several amenities including a hot tub! Great weekend stay cottage/palace.

The property was really nice, very clean well stocked of all you would need. the owner is very receptive to anything you need or any questions you would have. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for a short weekend trip to celebrate graduation. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Located close to campus and amenities on MLK. Will definitely look for this property again when back in Fayetteville!

Fantastic location

We enjoyed our stay at the Scarlet Cottage. Location is super convenient, there was plenty of room for everyone and the host was easy to communicate with. It’s great to have a backyard, patio and grill to hang out on. Although we didn’t use the hot tub, it’s a fun feature to have!

We loved our time at this location. It was close to the places we needed to get to but was out of the way from a lot of the loud traffic. We also loved the hot tub.

Thank you for making our stay so restful and homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in your lovely home. Everything in the kitchen was well appointed and every detail throughout the home was thoughtfully made available for a wonderful visit .

My friends and I loved the comforts of home as we visited and prepped for an event at The Grand at Willow Springs. We had plenty of space to relax and to get ready for a wonderful evening event and then return to rest. This cottage was excellently stocked and had everything we needed. We will stay here again.

This location was great for it's proximity to campus! We stayed for a weekend to hang out with our son and enjoy some hiking and a men's basketball game. Not only did our son stay with us, but his roommates hung out on Saturday to enjoy sports on the large TV in the living room with the comfortable reclining sofa. Big hit with the boys!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and close to U of A.

This cottage was perfect on all aspects! We were in town to move our daughter into her apartment and see family. All amenities were perfect and the house is immaculate! Great location and close to everything we needed and my daughter’s apartment. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The host was always available to answer questions. The house and its location are perfect for everything I needed to do in Fayetteville.
