Stayed Jan 4, 2026My mother was at Methodist hospital and this was perfect as we would have needed several hotel rooms for my family. That would have been very expensive, but being able to rent these 2 units that was only blocks away from hospital with no traffic to fight, made this a much easier and better financially for us all. Perfect, especially if you have a loved one at Methodist Hospital.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Thank you for the great accommodations and cute place to stay! It worked out perfectly for our small group to stay for the Indianoplis Marathon. We had no problems whatsoever with the communication of the host and the place was well kept and ready for us! Thank you for everything! We would book again!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We were pretty disappointed when we arrived—the pictures were misleading. We expected clean, orderly, and lots of natural light… but it was far from the reality. The property was not clean—there were stains on the bed comforter and cigarette butts left on the dresser. Most of the windows were made of plexiglass instead of real glass, allowing outside noise to easily come through. We even opened the curtains to check if there were any windows at all. To make matters worse, there was a hole in the living room window where bugs were freely coming in and out. Additionally, we found a sticky rat trap partially exposed from under the refrigerator, and when we tried to push it back, we ended up with glue on our fingers. We had originally planned to stay for three nights but left the next morning after finding alternative accommodations. The host has been responsive throughout this process, but we are still waiting for a refund.
