It was clean and we had access to lots of amenities (several pools, the beach, Publix grocery store, shopping at Baytowne Wharf and several restaurants). It would not have as enjoyable if we didn’t have the golf cart. We did reach out to customer service concerning the charging of the golf cart. The lights indicated it was still charging 16 hrs after we arrived. We were worried to take it to the beach for the day and not be able to get it back to the house. They were very prompt to reply to our concern and assured us that it should be fine. Come to find out the charging cord was not fully plugged into the cart. Problem resolved. The only complaint that we had about this house was the bed in the primary bedroom was not very comfortable.

The view of the golf course as the sun rose was lovely. The golf cart was a nice touch as we were only a minute or two away from Baytowne. The only downside was the linens. The pillows were so unbelievably thin and uncomfortable. Even when we grabbed the many extra pillows in the closest, it still didn’t make a difference. The towels as well were very small and rough. Everything else was absolutely perfect though and we would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the quietness of this location. It was fun to watch people enjoying golf while watching the green from the back porch in the mornings. Beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was not the peppiest but it got the job done and we were very grateful to have it!

The house was super clean and inviting. The decor was very nice. Kitchen had all the basics. We loved everything about it. We especially enjoyed riding around San Destin in the golf cart. I’d recommend this house to anyone. We’ve been vacationing in San Destin for 30+ years and it’s every bit as nice and fun and beautiful as it always has been.

The condo was beautiful we had an amazing stay.

The pictures and description are accurate (except the front porch only had one rocking chair, but that didn't matter to us). The house was neat and clean. The location, directly on the golf course, provided lots of entertainment. Our favorite house assets were the 6 seater golf cart, the screened in patio, the trees that shaded the back patio, and the location close to the Baytowne Wharf and Marina. The air conditioner worked great on both levels. Customer service was fantastic during our stay. A repair man was sent almost immediately when we reported a golf ball window breakage and a chirping smoke alarm. This is the best property management company we've had in Destin. We will definitely rent thru this company in the future and plan to stay in this house again. Well done!
