Clean, great location, just had a musky smell

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation at Mirimar. The house had plenty of room and the double sinks in each suite was great for our family of 6. The golf cart got us to Baytowne Wharf each night and the game table was a hit with the kids during downtime.

Our teens enjoyed the foosball table and we all enjoyed infinity game table. Great location and having the golf cart was super helpful for getting to the beach and Baytowne. Beach Blue Properties were great when we had a question. It was perfect for our week long stay!

This was perfect for our family vacation. We have 5 kids aged from 3 to 16. The location was perfect to allow everyone to access the things that most appealed to them: the Village Wharf, Grand Blvd, the pool, the tennis facility. The game table was a bonus. We’ll come back to this house specifically.Only suggestion: add a grill.

The cottage is decorated beautifully, clean and well equipped. Loved having the golf cart to go to beach, grocery and shops. Would highly recommend.

Very nice property, very clean. Needs for improvement: There are two things I look for in renting property in Sandestin, is there a golf cart and an outdoor grill? The grill is no longer there but shows one in the picture on VRBO, if that was known I’d not had rented it. Needs a drop cord to charge golf cart, driveway is not big enough for a vehicle and to charge cart without moving your vehicle to the pool area. We also were given no warning the place was being bleach pressure washed. So our belongings and vehicle were sprayed with bleach while we were at the beach. Overall the stay was good if they can make some minor changes like putting in a drop cord and notifying renters of repairs or cleaning will be done.

Phyllis was great and sent someone over immediately to have them cleaned. Besides that, the property was wonderful and our experience was great!

Great location, 3 houses from the neighborhood pool. Golf cart made it easy to commute to the beach. The house had plenty of space inside and outdoors. The game room was a big hit with the kiddos. The house was exceptionally maintained.
