3BR BEACH HOUSE~ 5 minute stroll to Beach & Private Outdoor entertainment Area

Great place at a great location. 2 blocks to the boardwalk and all the stores and restaurants are nearby. Best part was having the ability to just relax in the house while everyone else slept or after a long day. Great kitchen with all the dishes, pans, etc. to make a big or small meal. Loved the coffee bar, took the guess work out of several mornings. Never ran out of towels over a 12 day stay...amazing!

The stay was fine. Interior home was very nice as the pictures show. The floors had our feet and socks black so flip flops or slippers are a must. A little disappointed that the yard was full of dog poop especially when the expectation was that it was to be cleaned up by each dog owner. We rented over Thanksgiving so the kitchen was stocked to make a turkey dinner. However for a four day stay only having one trash bag just didn’t seem right? None to be found in drawers or cabinets. When we arrived the outside cans were over brimming with garbage bags. Otherwise comfortable and certainly a great spot for beach season.

The Host, Ben was so so helpful ! The place was absolutely beautiful, so comfortable, close to everything you could need! Restaurants, shopping , beach access and the outdoor patio and fire pit were perfect! Ben communicated easily and made out stay perfect! Would recommend highly!

Our group of five adults plus one dog had an awesome stay at Seaview Escape in Long Branch. The location is spot on—just a quick stroll to the beach and boardwalk for great shopping and restaurants. The backyard stole the show: fully fenced (huge peace of mind with the dog), tons of comfy seating, a great bar setup with TV, and a grill that made dinners easy. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious with super-comfortable beds, and the TVs (in the living room and bedrooms) made winding down a breeze. Clean, convenient, and exactly as described—would absolutely book again.

The photos of this charming home do not lie. It was a perfect space for my family to relax and enjoy. The interior of the home is totally updated and clean. The backyard is such a fun place to enjoy quiet time, or some bar time fun. The host was quick to reply to the few questions I had and the beach is a short walk from the home. Another wonderful added convenience is that the rental comes with the essential beach items you need (chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler) so you don't have to lug from home. We will likely return the in future

Very nice and comfortable property with recent renovations that turned out great. Very nice back yard for those traveling with a pet.

House was well decorated, modern, and cozy. In an area of town that is turning over with lots of new high-end builds surrounding some much older homes. Super close to a great beach and boardwalk - loved walking our dog there and the wonderful and fenced back yard was also great for him - and would be amazing in the summer with the outdoor bar. House is a great find - laid out well, much nicer furniture and details than typically find in a rental, and many nice small touches Including the espresso / coffee / tea bar. Ben was also super responsive Highly recommend!
