Great house especially for dogs. Property manager went out of way to help us.

The property was spotless. It was well furnished with all necessary Needs in the kitchen and bathroom. It was in a great area.

Quaint house very close to the shops and restaurants of downtown Ocean Springs. The kids and dogs loved the huge fenced in backyard and we had a great stay!

Description and photos of property are accurately described. We travel with our fur baby and the fenced in yard is perfect for him to enjoy. The location is also a plus , I walk to the beach(1 mile )with our dog and feel completely safe.

This was the perfect little house. It truly felt like home!!!

Everything we wanted and more. I loved walking in the back yard. WiFi was excellent, King bed was very comfortable. It is high up from the floor, so if you are short, like I am, 4’11”, you might need a stool. The couch was high end and made for great TV watching or lounging. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us with a small and non-shedding dog. We will definitely go back. We loved the gas stove for breakfast. We mainly ate out. I recommend Fairfield Italian restaurant. The neighborhood was so quiet and friendly. I could go on and on about loving my stay.

Sandy Toes is just as described and provided a clean, homey place for us to stay while in Ocean Springs. Lovely big, fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood close to East Beach (about 1 mile—we walked) and downtown. Davis Bayou Area of Ship Island Nat’l Seashore is less than 10 min from the house.We’d stay again.

Good location

We absolutely loved Sandy Toes for our family of three. It was just the relaxing setting that we needed after a wild year. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for grilling, relaxing by the fire pit, and chilling in the hammock. Loved OS and Sandy Toes.

This house was perfect for my husband & I, with our two dogs. House is nicely furnished, had EVERYTHING we needed, even extra towels. We didn’t use the kitchen, but from what I saw, everything was there. The back yard was great for the dogs, lots of room to run around. Only surprise was that I expected it to be closer to the downtown area, with the restaurants & shops. Even though it’s not super far, it was about 1.5 miles, with not a great walking path, so we ended up Ubering. Wasn’t a problem, just expected it to be closer.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. It's very close to downtown OS and some beautiful parks for the children to play. This house was spotless and owner furnished way more basic needs than a typical rental. The beds were so comfortable and bathroom had plenty of towels/washcloths. The shower had strong water pressure. The backyard is large and fenced in. A fire circle and hammock was a pleasant addition. We have family in OS so we definitely will be a return renter.
