3BDR/2.5 Bath Charming Water Direct Home with Heated Pool.

Our recent stay at Chestnut Court was a delightful experience. The beautiful home is located on a very quiet, pleasant street. The home is so tastefully decorated and spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. The back yard with the enormous dock, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful lighting, and awesome pergola provide such a peaceful pleasant atmosphere. As always Allison, and Race of Stay Marco were consistently attentive to our needs and so helpful. I would highly recommend Chestnut Hill as a perfect choice for a family getaway.

We loved our stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space for my entire family to enjoy. The pool, fire pit area & dock were beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor space daily, played basketball in the pool, kayaked and played cards on the dock! This is a wonderful rental property and would love to stay here again next winters break!

The perfect vacation home for our family. Great location. Had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous and fun. We kayaked, boated, fished off the dock, swam, grilled and took in all Marco had to offer. The communication from booking through stay was flawless! We will be back

This little gem on Chestnut Court was exactly what we hoped for during our 10 day visit in February. The house is perfectly laid out and very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is so inviting with lots of seating by the pool. We spent many days just hanging out at the house. Management was very responsive and couldn’t have been nicer. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more and will definitely be coming back to Chestnut Court. We can’t wait for our next visit!

This home was just as advertised, very clean and close to all attractions. Great pier to dock our boat for the week and a very short trip to the best beaches. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Property was exactly what we were hoping for! Great location, amazing pool and outdoor space, super clean and updated with comfy beds! We caught lots of snapper right off the seawall. We kayaker to the bay and saw dolphins every time. Host was super responsive and kind. Great experience!!!

Here are the highlights: - Expertly laid out house with great energy for enjoying family - Peaceful and quiet neighborhood - walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants (10 mins) - plenty of sidewalks for exercise and safety - House was fully stocked for cooking, baking, grilling - Very responsive and thoughtful management team; a responded immediately each time to questions on the house and general area - Salt water pool achieved the perfect temperature each day - Friendly neighborhood on land and water - Outside area was expansive, peaceful and private - There are two separate desk areas and great internet to take care of everything while you “work from home”.
