Stayed Jun 30, 2025Absolutely a great property. The only thing not in the VRBO description is how much more there is for you to enjoy. Every need is supplied. Our last rental didn't even have a packet of salt (but a nice property on the gulf) this had coffee for both coffee makers, spices, all soaps etc. Ideal for someone flying into SoFL. We took way too much using past experiences. Plenty of towels, chairs, toys you name it. We had 4 teens and 1 older child with us. Worst weather in FL I ever remember; definitely not a beach week. Thank goodness we were here, there was space outside or inside for them to play. Beds were very comfortable. Post earlier mentioned the hammock. Maybe it was torn then, but has been replaced. (regarding the low review- one bathroom does have the soap dispenser broken off-- but there was body wash/shampoo/conditioner in bottles) My experience with the owner/manager? Everything possible was taken care of and responses were within 5-10 minutes. Area around the pool/ fence a little unkempt. But, the wind and storms make that hard even when you live there. The house is in a wonderful location. Blocks from all shopping and main roads, and 1 of several roads that go to the ocean. Perfect if you like to go south to Ft. Lauderdale and north to Delray as we do. (FYI, Deerfield usually has the cheapest gas in the area .30-.50 cents lower) I only have 1 suggestion- It would be nice to have some hooks/ command hooks on the backs of doors to hang wet towels.

Stayed Jun 3, 2025Well there are many many issues with this property. Lights out on front porch,filthy both inside & outside. No toilet paper at check-in,hall light bulb burned out,Primary bath 3 of the 4 light bulbs burned out,primary shower shampoo/bath gel dispenser broken off wall,living room furniture hasn’t been cleaned in a long long time. Pool area pool was not clean at all,basketball goal & pole at the bottom of pool,grill was absolutely horrible,picnic table hadn’t been cleaned in months,2 hammocks around pool could not be used no net in one and the other was ripped. Area around pool inside fence needs to be cleaned up absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this rental to my worst enemy. We sent a large number of photos & emails to a person named Valentino who never offered to come out and see the property. He said he wanted to send someone else named Justin but we left a message on Justin’s phone to call us never heard back from him. Listen I could go on & on about this property if you are planning on staying here DONT, FIND ANOTHER LOCATION. We also have more photos than the 8 VRBO allowed to be out on review. We have about 15 more. We also gave Valentino a option to avoid this review but he opted not to get back to me like he stated he would about 22 hours ago.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Me and some family member stayed here for my birthday. It was the cutest spot, very spacious, between the pool table and outside games and pool there was so much to do.
