3BD, 2BA Home w/Hot Tub

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and inviting home! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our sister retreat. The space easily accommodated all seven of us, and we felt right at home the entire time. Due to the weather, we didn’t get to use the hot tub — it would have been amazing! Still, we had a lovely time relaxing and reconnecting. Highly recommended!

The property was so clean and welcoming when we walked through the door. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. It felt like we were at home! I would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay. Beautiful home and we enjoyed the wonderfulll hot tub. Central location to historical landmarks and found several good restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home is the most well stocked that we ever stayed in. Very clean. Living room and kitchen were the perfect area for a family to hang together. We came to visit my son, his wife, their toddler and brand new baby. It was a perfect space. The hot tub was also a plus!

The property was perfect for our stay and needs with a 1 year old. During our stay we had an unexpected snowstorm and the neighbors kindly shoved the walkway and brought an extra shovel for us to shovel the driveway so we could leave as needed. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive when we reached out. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful! Clean, in great shape. Hot tub was just the thing we needed. Kitchen was amazing! Beds were a little on the soft side but that’s just a preference issue on my part. The chocolates on the pillows were an amazing touch. Thank you for the home! Davina was quick to reply to any questions.

This was the perfect spot and everything was seamless. The host was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with advice. The home was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds and they had a lot of nice amenities that aren't in some VRBOs. Great job and very lovely, - we appreciated the hospitality very much!!

This place was hands-down the best rental I've ever booked, meaning VRBO or hotel. The entire house looks like it was just upgraded a month ago. Beautifully appointed with all modern amenities right down to easy-access outlets and USB ports built into the bedside tables. The location is fantastic: the Potomac is literally 2 houses away, visible from the front door. The whole little peninsula of Colonial Beach is drivable in 10 minutes or less. Groceries, pharmacies, gas stations, golf cart rentals, all less than 5 minutes away. The hot tub is super easy to use, there are big TVs in every room, complete with all the streaming apps, for downtimes when you're exhausted from being out in the sun for hours and hours. The host was very communicative and friendly, replying to my questions very quickly and thoroughly. I can't say enough about this place. We're already talking about possibly coming back to Colonial Beach and staying here again some Summer in the near future.

The home is beautiful, clean, and the host is very attentive. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a rental!!! Quiet comfort in a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer.
