House was very comfortable, clean, pleasant. Good beds. Lots of amenities especially in the kitchen. The location was great - beautiful view and close to shopping and restaurants. Weather did not permit using the really nice outdoor areas w large grill and firepit. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience. Great location and views. We hiked each day. Eat in town. Cooked on the grill. Best VRBO rental I've ever had.

This home was large and well appointed. The decor was a beautiful southwestern vibe that really complimented the Sedona area . The bedrooms were very comfortable the bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen has everything you could need . There are 2 large gathering spaces but the last part was the outdoor soace . This area was priviate and serine with a gas fire pit waterfall fountain bocce ball, ample seating, and a barbecue pit. We did had several activities planned and reservations and a few popular restaurants all which were within minutes of the property. I am not sure you could find a better location. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again next time we are visit Sedona .

This house is in a great location in uptown Sedona. We walked to just about everything shopping and restaurants. Beautiful house and everything was pretty much as described. I will say that it did lack a little in cleanliness. The floors had some spots, one of the toilets could have been cleaner and in my opinion the windows could haven been cleaner inside and out to look at the beautiful views this property has out the front.

House was amazing! Lots of comfortable space, lovely decorated, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We wished we had planned on more days to stay there! Only small complaint would be the Wi-Fi - very slow when working, and did not work at times.

The property is in excellent condition, and the outside space is fabulous - feels secluded but is a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. The bocce court, water feature and fire pit make the property suitable for outside living, but the inside of the house is great as well.

We enjoyed the beautiful house, which is in a fantastic location within walking distance of the Uptown Sedona neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Only complaint is the internet, which is sporadic and weak. The TV doesn't work due to the poor internet service.

It was a beautiful home. We really appreciated all the extras that were provided. ( Coffee and snacks ) Everything was over the top and wonderful except for the internet connection. We would definitely stay here again and understand that internet use is just not an option

Perfect!! Three friends in Sedona for the weekend. Location was great, it was clean & comfortable. Patio with fireplace was great with a bottle of wine in the evenings. Would stay here again

The house was great for a group. Nice quiet neighborhood just short walk to uptown with coffee, restaurants, and shops.

This place was perfect for our family of six. Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Short drives to multiple trailheads and National Parks. Plenty of space for everyone and a super tranquil back yard with water feature, fire pit, bocce ball court and lots of shade. Very clean with everything we needed. Fantastic!
