This house had all we needed for a family of six.Host had great communication and made the process very easy. Location is central to Tampa and in a quiet neighborhood.The pool and hot tub was a nice bonus.

Very nice spacious home. Host was very responsive. Pool, jacuzzi, and grill really made the home feel more homie.

Friends and my husband and I went to Tampa for a quick vacation and had a very enjoyable time. The house accommodated the 6 of us very well . It was clean and communication was very good with the owner and management company.

This was the most ideal house for our family!the house was perfect for us to make simple meals, have plenty of space to play, and the pool was incredible. It was a joy to come back to the house after touring around Tampa and st Pete. It was clean, comfy, and cozy. We can’t thank the owners enough!

The location was perfect as is was close to the local attractions and fine dining is also nearby. The property was clean and the pool fabulous. The check in and check out procedure was easy. The owners were prompt and helpful. Will definitely stay at this property again! 5 Stars!

This house had ample space for all of us(7). Fantastic house, pool, game room multiple eating areas. With 7 people the large 3 full bathrooms were sufficient. When you arrive and see the front of the house it looks small, not the case at all. The house is huge!!! Plenty of hot water and the A/C will freeze you out. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the fall of this year.The location of the house is convenient to just about anywhere you plan on visiting. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, Walmart and gas stations are within 5 miles. We ate breakfast at a place called Mama's Kitchen, gigantic servings, great flavors and great service it is a must during your visit. We used the enormous pool and hot tub everyday. Was great to have access to the pool at anytime instead of at a hotel when the pool areas close at 10pm. I know this is kind of a long review but we really enjoyed our stay. One more thing communication was top notch and fast. I cannot say enough good things about this property.

The house was a nice remodel in an older part of town , that was close to good restaurants and entertainment, pool was nice and hot tub was refreshing! Beds were comfortable and clean, and pool table was a nice addition, too

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, the bedrooms were cozy, and the private backyard was the perfect spot to relax. The layout of the house is fantastic, cozy yet spacious, making it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. We felt very much at home! Having stayed at three different houses in Tampa, this is by far our new favorite. We highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

This is a beautiful home but is has Roaches! The overall cleanliness was very poor. Pink mold in shower. Fridge was dirty and grill area was awful.

This was a last minute throw together trip for a concert before my son starts his senior year of highschool. It was just the 3 of us so we had more than enough room. The pictures were spot on as far as the advertisement goes. We had everything needed to stay in and relax. My only suggestion would be to add a small pool stick as the pool table could use more room around it but a short stick would be perfect. The WiFi didn’t connect for us but we went to relax so it wasn’t a huge deal. We contacted the host and they responded immediately. Nothing negative to say about the trip. Very pleased!
