Stayed Mar 28, 2025There was plenty of room for our family of 6 (4 adults / 2 kids, ages 6 & 12). The location was perfect! It was walking distance from the shops when we wanted to walk around. In the evenings, the street is quiet, which made sitting in the patio or balcony enjoyable. The place was clean and offered what we needed for the week. I highly recommend this place. We certainly will be back!

Stayed Mar 24, 2025I stayed at Casa Magnolia with friends for a girls’ getaway. Pre trip communication was clear and helpful, the property is beautiful and in a perfect location! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces, the facilities included everything we needed. The location is walkable to many Sedona attractions and easy to get in and out with the car. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Great location, walking distance to many shops and eateries. The house was clean, had great space, and views. Some areas that could be improved: the kitchen lacked towels for someone that doesnt want to use paper towels, and the pots/pans were very old and worn (scratched Teflon).

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Our stay in Sedona was awesome! I’m so happy we went with this house instead of a hotel. The location really cannot be beat! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! The house is also stocked with everything you could need including coffee, cream and sugar, cooking oil and salt and pepper which is rare in a VRBO. There was also some fresh fruit and even a bottle of sparkling cider to help us ring in the new year. The putting green in the front, the fire pit and games out back were also a huge hit! David was a wonderful host in that he sent clear instructions about check in, check out was super easy, and didn’t bother us the rest of the time. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024This is my second time staying in this wonderful house just 2 blocks off 89A in Uptown. Easy to everything. Beautiful view out the front windows and nicely appointed kitchen w a gas stove. Cozy outdoor areas in the front and back. I look forward to another stay!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Beautiful, well-appointed property with room for everyone to spread out. Thoughtful touches like ample laundry and dish detergent, bottles of water, and shower supplies. Plus cornhole and a small putting green! Very peaceful and relaxing.
