The conditions and facilities of the property fell far below expectations and did not match the description advertised on Stayz. Firstly, there was no hot water available on the house for the entire duration of our two night stay. Secondly, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly as it would turn off automatically and had to be manually restarted multiple times. Thirdly, the veranda blinds could not be used as the remote control was missing and finally, no spare toilet supplies were provided.These issues were not disclosed prior to our booking and significantly impacted the enjoyment of our stay. I would like to kindly request that you review this matter and advise us on the compensation you can offer.

Home owners were understanding and lovely. Management pathetic and not trustworthy. The property states they have “cleaners there straight away” when we checked numerous times to try get my frank green bottle and bag back $150 worth Just for the idiots to say but there when they weren’t there either . Could see it on the bench still hours after keys were handed back but apparently wasn’t there yes sounds lame a drink bottle but an expensive new one is hurtful to loose, either way it’s not hard to when it’s bright orange.
