Guests of this home are provided withONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is only 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. Ocean Downs Casino and Racetrack is also just 3 short miles away!

The attached Primary Bath has a Shower/Tub combo that’s perfect for freshening up after a day of fun! Just around the corner, Bedroom 2 is a calming retreat with cool seafoam greens and blues. Melt into the Queen bed and relax watching the Flat Screen TV while you drift off to sleep. Bedroom 3 will comfortably sleep 2 with 2 cozy Twin Beds and also has a Flat Screen TV. In the hall, convenient to the bedrooms and the living area is the shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed championship golf course.

Rabbit Run Lane 36 allows ONE well-trained family dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS or other animals permitted.
