As of April 2024, fully renovated ocean-front pool and new enlarged spa AND a second brand-new ocean-front adults-only pool and spa. The villa was completely renovated in 2014, and further updated in 2022, this villa is located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Access to this portion of PD is via pass only, so traffic is reduced. The kitchen includes all new appliances, granite counters, cabinets and Travertine tile. The master king and two guest queen beds are brand new as are the furniture set

Stayed May 13, 2025The condo was as advertised, clean, and contained every thing you can think of to have nice, relaxing stay at Hilton Head. The Pools were extremely nice. The beach was just a short walk away.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025The condo was as described and conveniently located to pool and beach. The host was very responsive to messages and provided some restaurant recommendations. I would have gave it 5 stars if there was a map of the resort and more information about the facility amenities. Overall it was good and would stay there again.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025We loved the location of this condo. They just remodeled the pool area and having an adult only pool was a bonus! The owner was wonderful to work with and kept in contact with me. He even let us check in early. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed, except beach towels. Be sure to bring beach chairs and towels if you want to enjoy the beach or else you will have to buy or rent.
