Stayed Jun 1, 2019Beautiful property! We loved this house & it worked great for our family of 14 so everyone had their own bedroom & bath. The main great room is perfect for gathering. The pool area is wonderful & had enough chairs for everyone. Beach chairs & pool toys were great. (The spa never worked the whole week even after several repair visits & was disappointing but we were reimbursed for this issue. The kitchen shelves where the glasses and dishes are kept were really dusty and needs cleaned.) We would book this house again.

Stayed May 4, 2019The home was beautiful and in a great location, with the pool and beach right outside (public beach, but a very private stretch when we were there in terms of crowds!) and walking distance to the Coligny Plaza for shops, ice cream, etc. A five minute walk down the beach was a fun tiki bar and it was a short drive to Sea Pines and Harbour Town, which we all loved, esp the kids. We had a few hiccups during our stay but found that the management company was highly responsive, always answered the phone and made sure to fix any issues (ex., the buttons on the jacuzzi didn't work and the pool co came down and fixed.)
