What a great charming retreat in the Hill Country! Steps away from Blanco's town square & Blanco River / natural pool, we had so much fun and will be back --- Great home base to exploring the many wineries and distilleries in the area. So much to do! – “We had a large group of 12 and felt like we had plenty of room for our large family. The house was so modern and well kept + great communication from the owner!”

- Our well-appointed kitchen includes large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip, but bring your own coffee), ice maker, toaster, blender and of course a disposal! If you prefer to grill, you can enjoy the Blackstone style griddle grill (propane). We stock all the basic equipment for basic meals, and provide salt, pepper, oil, and basic spice mixes, but please bring any specialty equipment or spices/sweeteners.

The Neighborhood:

Blanco is a quaint and charming rustic town with an vibrant square smack dab in the middle of the Texas Wine trail. The square boast plenty of things to do, and isn't overly crowded or touristy compared to Fredericksburg. Breweries and wineries are within 10-20min drive from the house along scenic roads. Blanco River access within half a mile. Canyon Lake & Guadalupe are within 30 min of house for boating.



Getting Around:

Blanco is a charming, walkable town and our property is only 2 blocks from the town square. The Blanco River State Park is a 3min drive (call for reservations & info). The best way to explore the area and access attractions like the Texas Wine Trail, breweries, and distilleries is by car or calling Texas Tipsy Tours for safe transportation. Free parking is available on the premises, providing convenient access to your accommodation.



For those flying in, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Consider using ride-sharing services or arranging for private transportation for ease of travel.
