Great place and coomunication!

We enjoyed the stay! We like the experience of the older homes and peaceful streets. The home was with in walking distance to the Main Street.

Cute little house. Comfy beds. Nice to have YouTube tv for the games.

Everything was good but please add more big towels. It would have been nice to have for the hot tub. Also the shower in the little bathroom has very low pressure and took forever to get warm. I understand this is an older house but should let people know as I thought it was not working

We had a great time. Thanks! Areas of improvement: the small bathroom next to kitchen needs the door fixed and maybe a handheld shower head. Warm regards.

Very comfortable house and good location for all things Fredricksburg

This was a very cozy place to stay. Perfect for the family to gather and enjoy time together. It was close to downtown yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the charms of Fredericksburg and not settle on a hotel stay but a relaxing, charming space. It's not too big nor not too small. It's just right.

The house was perfect! Only complaints, we needed more large towels for a 4 night stay since we didn't have access to the washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our Fredericksburg visit. We hsd great food and beautiful weather. The house needs some love, important doors don’t close properly, all mattresses need replacing. We enjoyed the dining and living room. The large shower was nice. Good,accomodations but could be Great !!

This was a great little place for my two grown daughters and I to have a mother daughter get away in Fredericksburg. Cute house, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and all things FBurg. Would stay again. We were having a hard time using the keurig, they delivered a new one right away.

Everything was as it showed in the pictures. The cottage was comfortable, perfect for our girls weekend. I highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at Sweet Emmys Haus. Location was perfect, very quiet and friendly area.

Our experience was good at sweet Emmys. We loved that this home had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The location to Main Street was an easy walk so it was very convenient to downtown and its attractions. We loved having the hot tub too. The beds were also very comfortable. These are the areas that we felt could have be improved on. Better stocked kitchen. Not enough flatware. We did not have any butter knives and the rest was minimal. We cooked most of our meals so I was glad I brought some things from home to cook with. We were only given 3 bath towels and they were very thin. We had to hang our towels and swimsuits in the bathroom with the heater to get everything to dry. Just getting them to dry was a challenge so we were surprised there was not a washer and dryer. I was glad I brought my own towels for the hot tub. The smoke alarm kept going off even though there was no smoke from the oven or the stove. You might want to check on it. We did have some trouble with the front door code for entry. Sometimes we had to try many times before it would open.

Home interior was adequate and comfortable. It's a lovely home, built 1930. Temperature controls were very good. TV/firestick worked fine. Towels and silverware were limited for the number of guests, but everything was clean and enjoyable. Exterior of home was very dirty and not very enjoyable - furniture cushions dirty and covered with cat hair; house and porch were dirty and dusty. Back patio was so dirty we didn't even try to enjoy it.

There was four of us and there was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and both the bathrooms were clean and had been remodeled. Kitchen was nicely set up for cooking. The front porch was plenty big enough for all of us to enjoy our coffee or wine. Location is fairly near downtown, four or five blocks.

We had a great time visiting Fredericksburg! This cottage was conveniently located to Main Street (about 6 blocks) and had all the amenities we needed for our girls' weekend.
