Stayed Jan 16, 2026The house was clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed staying there. The adult children enjoyed the hot tub. The master bed was very comfortable which is nice for older people. No one complained about the other two beds. I don't really think we even sat on the couch. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen together. It really was a great stay. If there is ever another reason to be in the area we will definitely look for Eric's place. Thank you Eric for making it so enjoyable.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Home was very close to my family on the bay.Very clean No problems. They do need to add the hairdryer they said was there. It wasn’t. Luckily my friends brought theirs. Communication wasn’t the best. Took quite awhile to get back to me when I had a concern. Overall nice place to stay.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We rented this property for the second time as it was a good fit for our family and is close to Discovery. When we arrived, the house was not cleaned and the beds not made. Tried to make contact with owner via text and VRBO messaging. No response. Had to get VRBO support involved to get the house ready. We had to leave and were unable to have dinner at the house and lost time that day., The kitchen sink clogged and was never addressed. This is the first poor review I have ever written. In the end simple communication would have been nice. I do not expect much, but I was not even offered an apology for the house not being ready I have stayed at many VRBO homes over the years. There are other places nearby, try one of those.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We had a wonderful 2 days at the property with friends. The landlord was attentive and allowed us to use the hot tub outside of the scheduled hours (12 pm to 4 pm). We couldn't find the wifi password, it would be good to show it. The location is amazing, close to everything and with easy access to the main beaches. Everything worked very well.

Stayed Apr 8, 2024Very nice place in a quite Neiborhood. Place is new and clean. Would be nice to have a house handbook with explanations on what to do and how things work. Also 6 chairs in the kitchen. Would recommend this place

Stayed Mar 24, 2024We enjoyed the spacious, comfortable home in a pretty neighborhood. Central location meant we could drive to the beaches in less than 1/2 hour. Fun walk down the block to the tiki hut bar and grill!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Never got to see it. I orginally messaged the host when we booked the home. No response. I messaged 2 times on march 9th, no response. I finally received a response after the rentsl ended on 3/12. The host stated he didnt see a reason to acknowledge any of my prior messages. He is a terrible host and i hope noone else rents any of his properties. Im being forced to rate everything on this questionaire, but my main rating is on communication with host. Ive never had a host respond as he had. All the others show appreciation that we choose their property.
