Inspired by the warm hues of Gulf Coast sunsets, the décor includes whimsical art, a cozy fireplace surrounded by books, and a spacious sectional sofa arranged around a large flat-screen TV—ideal for family movie nights. While the great room is impressive, there are also plenty of cozy nooks throughout the home, perfect for reading or a quiet afternoon nap.
Start your mornings with coffee on the screened-in front porch or unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine while you people-watch as Seaside comes to life. Just off the main living area, the full kitchen invites group meals and gourmet creations, and a wood-burning fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere for cooler nights. On the first level, you’ll also find a queen guest room with a newly remodeled en-suite bath and shower.

Upstairs, the primary king bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a custom-built bed, ample storage, and French doors that open to a screened-in porch. Furnished with club chairs and a large bed swing, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the salty breeze and distant sounds of the Gulf. A second guest room on this level offers two sets of custom built-in bunk beds and shares a newly updated bathroom with a shower.

It was a perfect fit for us; enough space to feel comfortable but still together when we wanted to be. we especiially liked being close to the beach access.

We had a wonderful time and would come back, but would stay away in March still too chilly and spring breakers were a bit much! The porch furniture could stand to be changed out with newer furniture, but loved the proximity to beach and town. Loved being able to walk/ride bikes pretty much everywhere!
