30A Beach House - Sleeps 20, Pet Friendly, Beach, Pool, 4 Bikes Incl, Free Golf

The house was clean, new, and spacious, with great shared spaces. However, it lacked some items that would have made it more comfortable. For example, there were no extra blankets or pillows, and only a few extra towels. The house also does not provide beach towels, which was not ideal.The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking. It was perfect for family dinners. The listing states that parking is included, but it doesn’t specify that it is only for one car—this could have been communicated more clearly on the VRBO page.It was pet-friendly, which was a great for us. Would recommend staying.

Although they say there is driveway parking they failed to mention that iris a SHARED driveway that hold 3 cars maximum and is shared with the rental property next to this house. Both rental properties sleep 20 people so not sure how you could possibly get all the family members from both properties (up to 40 people) in 3 cars?! The rental property we shared a driveway with thought the drive way was all theirs so they thought we were invading their parking space even though they took 2 of the 3 spaces and we got 1 space. Also the house was not adequately supplied with anything like dishwasher pods or any type of cleaner that you may need to maintain the property while you are there.

This property is beautiful with plenty of room. It worked well for our group of 13 women. We loved the location and had a wonderful time in the area. We do wish that the parking situation would have been more clearly described before arriving. Sending the renter a map of the parking spots/locations for the property would fix that problem for future guests. Also, if a map were included on the route from the beach house to the designated beach entrance would be helpful.

We loved it! Bunk room was perfect for us

This house was wonderful in every ways. Large bedrooms, large bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. Everything was In working order. No complaints with the house at all. The community pool was less then 300 feet away. The mama bear and 3 cubs that we seen 3 nights in a row was a added treat.

The Parking situation was terrible! 2 spots for maybe smart cars. We also had issues with the HOA over towels. It was not posted anywhere but we were turned in to the HOA for towels on the railing. The house was mostly clean except there was a vape left in a bed. The trash can also need locks because bears got in the trash 2 nights. The house was quite far from the ocean but the tram was exceptionally awesome! The pool was nice and clean. We didn’t have the code for the restrooms though. The neighborhood was quiet at night but there was a ton of construction noise all day. The construction also contributed to the parking issues. The rooms were plenty large and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the large bunk room. The decor was very nice and the furniture was modern beach house vibe. Very nice house, but a few hiccups along the way.
