30A, 5BD Home Sleeps 18 w/Pool, Golf Cart, & Bikes, 1 Block to Beach

Was a perfect location just off of 30a on a quiet street - and such a beautiful, spacious home! Owner and property manager were also so helpful and great in answering all questions!

House is beautiful and furnishings are like new. One of the most well appointed rentals ever! Every kitchen item you might need, plenty of beach towels, easy access to the beach and to town. Owner and caretaker were both responsive and handled questions and requests quickly. We will be repeat customers!!

This was my 2nd visit to Juanarita. Once again we had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed home. This is the most well stocked VRBO kitchen I've ever seen; we had everything we needed and then some. The home is so well laid out with plenty of room for everyone to relax, enjoy each other's company AND get a little privacy. We will be back!

Awesome experience from beginning to end!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, cozy, and even better than the pictures. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for anything we could have needed, and the little touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect. Close enough to the shops, the beach, restaurants, grocery store and the list could go on yet still quite enough for us to relax and unwind. The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond which made everything stress-free and easy. We were a family of 12 and the house accommodated all of us easily. The bicycles and golf cart provided was extra nice to have for getting around. We especially enjoyed having a bathroom in every bedroom. This was such a plus with combining multiple families in one place. The beds were super comfy, and the private pool area was perfect for us. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, we had a fantastic experience and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway.

This was the most amazing place!! Truly, we had the BEST time. It's so close to the beach. The golf cart made it 100% easier. The pool was one of the highlights of the whole trip. The place so clean, spacious. Honestly, nothing bad to say about our stay here. Everyone LOVED it and was so impressed!!

This house is in a very convenient location. Great to have the pool under the upper deck as we had a couple of rainy days and were able to continue the vacation with a delay. House well supplied with necessities.

This was our second stay at this beach house, and once again, it did not disappoint! As returning guests, we already knew we were in for a great experience, and everything exceeded expectations once again! The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and always helpful. The house was exactly as advertised, which we really appreciate. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. One of the highlights is how well-stocked the home is. From beach gear, including beach towels to all the little extras that make a stay comfortable, the amenities were outstanding. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped beach getaway!

What a great place !!! With kids and grandkids it was full time fun. We were first time visitors to the area and Juan-A-Rita provided everything we needed for the beach and getting around. I cannot say enough good things about it honestly. Location is great and the place was spotless when we walked in. Thank you Juan-A-Rita for helping with a great vacation.

Our stay at Juan a Rita was fantastic! The area is gorgeous and safe- we enjoyed riding bikes, walking and taking the golf cart around. The house could be in a magazine, every detail was just perfect. The owners accommodated every need we had, and were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for gatherings, inside and out. It was nice that every bedroom had their own bathroom. As stated it was minutes from the beach. This house was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The use of a 6 seater golf cart was a plus. I would definitely visit this home again and recommend it to friends. This place is awesome!!! HOUSE IS AMAZING!!!! You can NOT beat the location We have a party of 15 and had more room for another family!!! Close to the beach and Restaurants I would recommend having a golf cart which we did and we took it everywhere we went Only a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and beach was never crowded. If I could give more than 5* I would We will definitely be back!!!

We were a group of 9 adults and were all very comfortable. The house was clean, fully equipped and very close to the beach. I would stay again.

This was the perfect house for a family vacation especially with kids. The kids had the whole 3rd floor with their own rooms, bathrooms and living area. We would return to this property

Property was as advertised. Very new and clean with well appointed furnishings. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped with cooking supplies. The golf cart was an added benefit but it was only a short walk to the beach anyway. Great house!

Wonderful stay at Juan-A-Rita! The inside was beautiful & we also loved the trees/outdoor area as well. The bottom floor was very spacious & accommodated our entire family to hang out. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was spectacular! The small, shaded pool was perfect for the littles to play & cool off. The beach is very close & having the golf cart made everything run smoothly! Plenty of beach equipment & toys to use. The only drawback (not the owner's fault) is that the steps are pretty steep getting to the beach & it was difficult for a few of our elders to get up/down. The house was stocked with everything we would need & the owner/house mgr were all extremely responsive!! (These two things can really make or break a rental, previous experiences).

We had an amazing stay at Juan a Rita! Things we loved: * Downtown seaside was a golf cart trip away. The Great Southern was a yummy restaurant that was family friendly. The bookstore was so cool and the coffee shop was delicious. I highly recommend the salted caramel cold brew! Definitely check out this fun location. * Beach access was very walkable! The description that Brenda gives about the distance is accurate. We used the golf cart to haul the gear and small kids while the rest of us walked. * The beach is not crowded. Our stay was possibly a bit unique because we had the dreaded double red flags for two days. However, we easily found a spot for our tents and chairs each day. We have previously vacationed in Miramar and Destin and didn’t enjoy the busyness of the beach there. It was perfect here! * The sleeping accommodations were great. The pillows and beds were all comfortable. Having a bunk room for the kids was so fun. Our legs did get a workout walking to the third floor but that was okay bc we were able to eat a little more ice cream :) We had plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, beach towels, trash bags, etc. * We cooked almost every night. The kitchen was well equipped and honestly felt like home. * Brenda has thought about small details that make your stay easy like labeling lights, kitchen cabinet shelves so you don’t have to guess where the dishes belong, and labeling remotes in case things get moved around. There is a table by the door that has all the info for the house. This is all very helpful when staying in a large home that you’re unfamiliar with! * The pool is small but honestly bigger than we expected. It’s on the front porch which is unique but our kids swam in it every day! * The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. The water dispenser stopped working during our stay. Eileen was easy to work with and it was fixed in a timely manner. We typically like to try new houses for each vacation but Juan-a-Rita will most likely be chosen again because it was so amazing. We even tried to book an additional night because we loved it that much!
