Stayed Jan 31, 2026Hosts were VERY accommodating and the location ideal. The rooftop deck was sunny all day, and semi-private. The indoor furniture and beds were very comfortable. However, there were a few issues. The deck furniture needs to be replaced. No “cable/satellite” as stated. The oven is a toaster oven, the coffee maker a single cup Keurig, the blender a soda fountain milkshake mixer!.

Stayed Dec 20, 2025The stay was great. We chose the house for the location. Being in the heart of the Siesta Key Village was our goal. It was odd not to have an oven and to have to go out and around the house to access the pool. Also, you have to go through the master bedroom to access the grill, then bring it to the kitchen to eat. All oddities that we handled during the trip. The house could use a deep cleaning, but we understand the quick turnaround between renters.Overall, we had a fantastic Christmas vacation.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We absolutely loved our stay at the siesta Key Village House. The best part was absolutely the proximity to the beach as well as the village. The house was exactly as defined on the website. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. The heated pool was refreshing and very enjoyable also.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025Property was a brief walk from all types of businesses but was still very quiet. Ten minute walk to a beach with no facilities but a five minute drive to one with everything. House itself was only three rooms. A second story ample bedroom with big open deck. Downstairs was a second smaller bedroom and a combination kitchen, dining area and living area which wasn't much larger than what you'd expect to see in a double-wide trailer.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025This place wins a great review due to its location. We only went out in our car when going to do some tours in Sarasota. And actually the Breeze trolley would have taken to some places. We used the trolley to travel anytime we didn't want to walk in Siesta Key.The condo was small, but perfect for the two of us. There are 21 steps to go up to the huge bedroom with the deck off of it. We used the downstairs bedroom which has 2 twin beds more as a dressing room so left all our clothes and bathroom shower items there and only used the upstairs for sleeping. However, the ONLY down side of this place was that king size bed! It felt like you were rolling off the side, and like there was a hill in the middle. It was on the cooler side while we were there, so didn't use the pool. It was well maintained and beautiful. Same with the upper deck. The unit was well furnished with dishes, towels, soaps, etc. We don't care for the Keurig coffee machines, however they had a small 4 cup coffee maker like hotels have and it worked for us.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025This house is a gem! The location couldn’t get any better as you can literally walk out the door to everything the village has to offer. The pool is gorgeous and the home was everything we needed! The master suite is huge and the rooftop deck was a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 19, 2024First of all...location, location, location! You are one block off of all the popular restaurants, bars, and shops in Siesta Village. Another 3 blocks and you're at the beach. We didn't move the car for two days. There is a semi-private, salt-water pool, only shared with the other unit. Very nice. The unit is old, but don't let that deter you. With the location, pool, and private upstairs patio, it's absolutely fine. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi extenders, but I want to compliment the hosts Bonnie and Bob for their commitment to getting it fixed. They were very dedicated and determined to get it right...and it all worked out fine. Everything's working now. I want to give them some slack with this glitch because they had just replaced the Wi-Fi equipment following the hurricane. I'm just thankful the place is still standing after seeing what damage the hurricanes caused along the coast. Again, I can't compliment them enough for wanting to make things perfect for us!Book this place and enjoy Siesta Key!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Location is great right off the main strip in Siesta Key Village.Easy access to all dining/shopping. Plenty of parking at the condo. Some other reviews said it was noisy there being so close to the village, but we never experienced that. The house could use some updating, but overall had everything we needed. But only 1 fork in the unit, the awning on the rooftop was not working so we hardly used that deck, too hot with no shade, there also was a bar missing from the GBR deck which a child could easily fall through it down one story on to the pool deck and get hurt. Outside shower was out of order. Want you start a load of linens, but do not supply the laundry detergent, (that happened last year as well) so we used our own. The beach towels are sub-par, small, thin and very used and yet they want to charge a small fortune if you misplace any, so I packed them away as to not lose any of them and we just used the ones we brought. It was an easy 8-minute walk or 3-minute bicycle ride, to the closest beach access, and the best place to witness the beautiful sunsets on Siesta Beach and/or go to the beach during the day. The pool was a nice ending to a day at the beach. We stayed in their other unit last year and we rebooked this year because we enjoyed our stay and the location. We left the place cleaner then when we checked in last year with everything in working order, even laundered all the linens and they only gave us one star for house rules, but did no explaining as to why.
