Arrowsic, Maine
Enjoy watching the sunrise over the marsh on the deck and sit in the Adirondack chairs to see it set over the Kennebec.
The oldest home in Arrowsic is now yours to relax and create new memories much like my family has for nearly a century.
Every inch has been fully renovated including central air and heat, gas fireplace, luxury bathroom finishings, high end kitchen appliances, lighting, oak flooring, Starlink internet along with family heirlooms for you to enjoy.

In the great room, the couch converts to a full bed. You will most certainly enjoy the

The dock is finally in! It features a 35' ramp with a 10x20' pad. Bring your boat!
The property and home were very charming, lovely views from every room of the tawny late November marsh landscape. Recent renovations provided creature comforts, and getting out to explore in-town Bath or out to Reid was a short car ride away. Accessibility for older family was great with the single level and low entry thresholds. Tina was great for communicating with- our best wishes!
We always appreciate being able to bring our dogs! Tina’s home is very clean and comfortable with many modern features. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook several dinners at home. Good cookware and pantry staples, welcome snacks and plenty of soft towels. Thank you for a great stay!
My family had a wonderful stay at this renovated home on beautiful grounds. The home was extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. The property affords gorgeous views of a marsh and includes river dock access. Close to Bath (town) for restaurants and shopping. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
This is the place to get away from it all! Beautiful home and quiet location. Loved hanging out on the pier, watching the sun set.
We had a lovely stay with our dog. It’s a beautiful area. We recommend it.
We had a wonderful stay here at Tina's property. Firstly, Tina Is wonderful, communicative & goes above and beyond. Our trip overlapped during a Hurricane on September 15th - 17th. When we arrived there was a generator, battery powered lights &extensions cords recently purchased to support us during our stay in the case of an outage. I felt a good amount of thought went into the house to ensure a happy stay. That really set the tone. The power did go out & throughout our stay there were updates from Tina and even a drop by of her father to make sure we were ok. The house is beautifully renovated. A great balance between modern farm house finishes and home comforts. Well laid out & spacious. Everything you need including a do it all oven, dining room table, spacious living room + outdoor fire place. The rooms and bathrooms are great. The house sits on a hill and the Master Bedroom overlooks the marsh down below swaying in the wind often glistening from the Sun. I'd paint it, if I painted. The dock and Kennebec River were amazing & calm on Sunday when the weather returned to normal. We would stay here again give the opportunity. 10 minutes to downtown bath. Worth every penny.
Tina responded immediately to few things we need it . This property is exactly as described and it is beautiful
We have stayed in 17 VRBO houses so far this summer, from Florida to Nova Scotia, and this was the best of them all. The house has had a thoughtful renovation (including a couple of rarities: a sizable screened porch and whole house air conditioning!) and was clean, comfortable, private, and peaceful. The path to the boat dock was a little tricky in flip flops but so lovely once on the dock. It was great being just minutes from Bath and convenient to Dolphin Restaurant, Georgetown, and the Maritime Museum. The owner was a great communicator and very helpful. Definitely book this house!
This house was in a perfect location for us. We like being close to Bath, Reid State Park, Five Island lobster shack and easy access to Route 1 to towns further north. The house was beautifully renovated with all new appliances and a comfortable pull out couch which we needed for one of the two weeks that we were there. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of cleaning, laundry and paper supplies. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch, deck and the newly built dock. Because the house is on a road with only a few houses, there were very vehicles and everyone drove slowly waved and smiled. Great when you have children. Tina was very responsive to anything that we needed. She dropped things off we requested but did this when we were not at home respecting our privacy. We had a wonderful two week stay and will definitely book this house again.
If you are up for a remotely beautiful newly renovated island experience that also puts you close to Route 1 and all that mid-coast Maine has to offer this place is just what you need! We were impressed with the remodel, the tranquil dock, and the screened in porch. All offered us a diverse Maine getaway.
Absolutely wonderful home. Tina is a wonderful host, communication, thoughtfulness, even provided us baby soap for our 4 month old children. I can not speak highly enough about our time and looking forward to our next family vacation in Maine!
This place is fantastic for a getaway. It has everything you need, is clean, and Tina is an excellent host. Super responsive and friendly.
The house is newly renovated in a modern farmhouse style with many windows and ample light. It is in pristine condition with beautiful views of the marsh. The host is very responsive to questions. The house sits very close to the neighborhood access road, but hardly any cars go by, and it is a very quiet location. It worked very well for 3 people.
We enjoyed our trip to Maine. So close to everything. Enjoyed visiting Freeport and Bath. Tina answered all our questions and made so many great suggestions that we loved.
The house itself is like-new remodeled, spacious and well-equipped. And the location is 30m away from Bath, Brunswick, several state parks, historic sites, and nature preserves. We could happily have spent a week, and hope to return one day.
Beautiful home - would book again!
The house was very clean, in the beautiful location and yet a very short drive to town. The check in and checkout was very easy. I highly recommend the property.
We had a great time, the house as absolutely lovely.
We loved our stay here. We were here on a very snowy weekend and spent much of the time in the house. It is warm, very nicely renovated, very clean with great views of the rivers and marshy surroundings. It was a great short get-away weekend for our adult children and ourselves. The host was very responsive and the house was well equipped with anything needed. Highly recommend.
Soup to nuts this home is a dream Very cozy and comfortable vibe The property is pretty and riverfront Tina is an amazing hostess who responding so quickly to any questions and she has thought of everything we will be back
