Sleeps 13 - three king suites, one primary on the upper level, two lower level. Plus large den/bedroom sleeps 7 (2 full bottom/twin top bunks/trundle).

However, depending on where nights fall compared to nights already booked, we may require more nights than our minimum in order to avoid leaving the house empty for 1-2 nights, especially during peak times. We also may allow a smaller number of nights versus our minimum if it helps fill in gaps between other bookings. We appreciate your understanding.
