Guest access:

You will have exclusive use of the whole house and will not be sharing it with other guests. You have access to the property via a lockbox at a secret location. We will share details up to 2-hours before your arrival.

We are available 8 am - 8 pm UK time, so you may contact us during these hours to ensure the finest experience during your stay.

BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave. Thank you!

SMOKING POLICY
This property strictly enforces a smoke-free policy, prohibiting smoking of any kind, including vaping. If you choose to smoke on the balcony, kindly ensure that all windows and doors are closed to prevent smoke from entering the premises. Please be aware that a smoke detection monitor is in place, which alerts us if smoke enters the property.
