This is a older style home with upgrades and offers amenities to allow all guests to enjoy an amazing experience alongside friends and family. This home is like no other where all the family can be doing something. There is a smart TV in every room.

NO PARTIES. Wonderfully spacious and newly renovated kitchen. This home isreally it`s own Oasis. Although this property is perfect for the family. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Families and friends love this space. Spread out and each person has their own distance. The master bedroom is huge along with the master bathroom. all bedrooms have their own SMART TV and NEW mattress`s.

living room has been transformed into an ultimate Game Room with a Ping pong table, Foosball table & 3 historic Arcade games for the family and friends to play.

Backyard has large space for some fun, a grill for your BBQ experiences and nice seating area to enjoy some wine with the company of Friends & Family and your furry friends are welcome too.

There is a front door keypad for easy access. The full home is yours to enjoy. self check-in is available. There is 2 parking spots in the front and also 2 in the garage. The number of persons must be honestly entered and other guests are limited. The guest MUST indicate the exact numbers in their group and if the number of persons change. Your reservation will be cancelled if there are too many persons.

- SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior around the property that is always on. A Ring camera and a surveillant camera are located on the front door (facing the street and front yards), a Ring camera and a surveillant camera are located on the back door (facing the back yard and fence & a surveillant camera in front of the garage (facing the driveway), These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. NO camera inside the house.
