Perfect for large family...lots of space for everyone. Kitchen well stocked. A bit of a walk to beach access but beautiful beach. 10 outta 10!!!

The porch was fantastic. The kitchen was a little lacking in cookware, but overall, it was a great place to stay.

We had a blast, accommodations excellent, very clean and comfortable, we loved our time here

This rental was a perfect fit for our two family vacation over February break. It’s as nicely appointed if not more so than the pics. We would definitely consider renting this lovely home in the future.

Very comfortable! Only thing that would have made it better is if the one queen bed was a king. We would definitely rent this property again. Close to the beach!!

The house is really nice, good space and great location BUT one evening we came home to find a RAT scurrying into a hole in the bottom of the cabinets off of the kitchen! We did call the property management and they came out the next day to repair and plug up the hole but we don't feel that they made a big enough deal about a rodent being in the property. We slept upstairs that night because we were grossed out. In the 14 years that we have been renting houses and condos through vrbo or the kiawah island resort, we have never had to deal with a rodent in our property. Also, the screened in porch looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile - dust, dirt and a lot of cobwebs. Also a couple of days into our stay, something jarred grout or rocks from the fireplace and that made a mess in the living room area. We made management aware of that also but it didn't seem to disturb them either. It's really a shame that the care and management of the house is not comparable to others we have stayed at because it really is a nice house and a great location.

Nice house exactly as shown on the site. Well equipped and perfect for our stay. Close to the Ocean Course too.

We arrived to a house that had the exterior lights on and jazz playing. Nice touch! We were able to enjoy a visit by a Roseate Spoonbill on our last full day off the screened porch. Beach access could not have been any better; we had a 8-9 minute walk to the access or a short bike ride. Loved the bike paths and even saw an alligator on the bank by the pond close to the house! I especially enjoyed the beach where we saw a starfish and sand dollars that were still alive. Cannot say enough positives regarding this rental and location. Would definitely book this house again!
