**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**

**Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley dot com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation.**

-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

    We stayed here with my family of six for my birthday, mainly for a quiet relaxation and visit places around hilton head...The property was clean, quiet (no disturbance) we were also offered credit towards beach items, We received messages during our stay from the management team, to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again in the future..Beautiful with no disturbance.

    Great quiet little neighborhood in perfect part of Sea Pines. Quick walk to Sea Pines Shops and Harbour Town via paved paths. Walk to plantation club and beach about 30 mins or quick 5 min drive. House was as advertised with fantastic kitchen as well as outdoor and living spaces. Master suite was very spacious and luxurious. Impressed with services offered as we were contacted several times by rental office to make sure everything was up to expectations. Grounds crew on property frequently to ensure leaves blown off of outdoor spaces. Overall very impressed and would definitely rent this property again, and would certainly recommend Beachside Getaway for future rentals.

    This home exceeded my expectations with how beautiful, updated, and clean it was. It was beautifully decorated without all the knickknacks many homes have, to give you more storage and a clutter free space. It was also in an upscale neighborhood. We loved our stay and our two kids were able to have their own rooms and husband was able to have enough room to work remotely. Also the kitchen was gorgeous.

    We enjoyed our stay at this property. A few things to note: Pros - location in a quiet pretty neighborhood, tasteful renovations/updates, comfortable mattresses, bike rack. The house was clean with the exception of the master shower. Cons - do not expect to enjoy the outdoor patio furniture. The cushions (there's A LOT of them!) are stored in a big box outside and are very dirty; easy to clean and ready to use furniture would have been preferred over cushions. The living room seating is not adequate of groups of more than 4 even though the house sleeps 8. There is just one sectional sofa and it's awkward for six adults to all sit on it and relax. A couple of comfortable side chairs would go a long way to make the room feel complete. Also there is a desk in the MB but no chair or lamp or anything to make it functional. Overall for a small group this is a good choice of a rental.

    Our multi generational family of 6 stayed at Oyster Bay. It was relatively recently updated and appointed well. We had plenty of room and the bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the location in Sea Pines is very central - easily accessable to everything. We would recommend staying here.
