Stayed Sep 9, 2023We arrived separately and each of us was impressed at the accuracy of the listing. The property management company checked on us upon arrival and once during the visit. Highly recommend this location

Stayed Jun 7, 2019Bodily fluids on pillows, blankets and dog fur on sheets, cockroaches in pantry and broken wood on deck. Hunt and find to call for new sheets, don’t expect blankets the first night. 20 minutes or more walk to the beach. No pool access pass and no parking at the beach club, must take trolley and wait a long time. Trash left behind from other tenants, dust everywhere, just not what we were expecting from the description, very disappointing. Do not rent from Beach Propoties!

Stayed Mar 25, 2017This is a very comfortable house, updated in some ways. It is ideal for a small family vacation. It has a good sized deck with access from the living room and plenty of seating and a grill and is quite private and quiet. The bathrooms, whilst well appointed, are lacking in adequate rails for towels and one of the showers may be too small. Overall though, its a great, central location in Sea Pines and there's much to explore. Bike and walking paths take you everywhere! Recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We just left this home and will be looking forward to when we will be able to stay here again! It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The recent updates and renovations are beautiful and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we were very happy. We have stayed in this particular area before and comparing this home to others, it is a fantastic value! It has all the amenities required to make your vacation easy. The listing and photos were accurate. Bedding linens in every room and towels in each room as well was great and less things to pack. The furniture is very comfortable and we had a good night sleep each night. It was also very convenient to be able to bring our dog along. The only thing we wished we had with having a dog was a flashlight. At night time it is very dark in the neighborhood and we could have used one when walking the dog. So pack one with you if you are bringing your pooch along. Unfortunately when we went the weather was quite chilly and we were unable to do any swimming which worked out fine because many of the pools in the area are under complete reconstruction. We did make it to the beach a few times and it is an easy bike ride away. We were able to go to Savannah for the day which is a MUST do on your trip! We had a yummy lunch at Six Pence which is a traditional English pub. It is under an hour away and has so much history and fun places to see and tours to take. We stumbled upon the Heywood House in Bluffton and took a tour on Thursday and right down the street was a great little farmer's market (on Thursdays only) and grabbed a great pulled pork sandwich lunch there. We did take a tour of Daufuskie Island...not recommended for the money you will spend. It was $90 for the ferry ride and $30 per person (not including my younger daughter) to take the bus tour or rent a golf cart. For 4 people it was a $180 trip and it was a strange island. Because we took a golf cart to tour the island we missed out on the historical background info but the kids had some fun. I STRONGLY recommend taking the 2 hour sand bar/dolphin boat trip with Commander Zodiac which is located on the dock with Salty Dog (another recommended place to visit). We had Matt as our captain and gave us some fun historical facts and was determined to find many dolphins for us and he did! We went on the sand bar and walked around with the kids, very cool!! This was our second time doing this tour and enjoyed it both times. I could go on and on...I LOVE HILTON HEAD!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in this house the first week of August and had an excellent time. we go to Hilton Head every year and stay somewhere in Sea Pines....this is our new favorite house! it was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved that we had a garage for the car and all of our bikes. The location is great we were able to bike to the beach and South Beach Marina with no problem. I do agree with the other review ...there was no salt, pepper or any spices available be sure you bring whatever you need. Also, bring paper products we had one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel provided.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Just returned from our stay at HH. Sea Pines was great...bike paths, lighthouse, S. Beach, etc. This house is NOT totally remodeled. The living room and bedrooms have been redone and they are very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. The kitchen and baths have been 'slightly' updated - paint, newer counters, but that is it. I normally don't care so much b/c we are not buying, just renting, BUT... 30 year old appliances are a bit extreme. The dishwasher was nearly as old as me. The microwave is over 15 yrs. old and takes 2 - 3 times as long to cook anything. Also, could not find even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Really could use some plastic plates etc. The table outside is really uninviting b/c there are no cushions. Also, nothing outside had been swept off in weeks/months. Overall, the place was nice, but could certainly use a few fixes to make it more appealing.
