3-Story Home Near NRG Stadium, Museums & Nightlife

My siblings and I were in Houston for a memorial service and stayed in this house for 5 nights. It has plenty of space and tall ceilings with a lot of natural light, which I love, and each bedroom has a very nice full bathroom. We enjoyed sitting at the round table every morning and chatting while drinking coffee. The gate and garage and door locks were great and easy to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there's a lot of late-night activity nearby and it's very noisy, but overall it was a nice rental.

Property was very clean .. we had to download apps to lock and unlock the home . Washer and dryer worked great . Loved that the property had a garage !

The home is beautiful, but it was hard to enjoy due to poor cleanliness. Despite the beautiful interior; quality appliances, bathrooms, living room and kitchen; we were disappointed with the poor cleanliness. The home had the smell of cigarette smoke. The comforter on one bed was stained. There was a used bath towel in one of the showers. The carpets and rugs are stained. Cooking utensils had dried food on them. Steak knives had rust stains. Towels were too worn. Another note: The chair in the living room is too wobbly to sit in. We did not feel very comfortable in the home primarily due to the cleanliness. To feel more comfortable in the home, we washed the linens and tableware. We purchased our own towels. We used air freshener to combat the to cigarette smell in the home. Beautiful home but felt like a cheap hotel.

This 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was beautiful;however, only one bedroom had a tv in it??? I will definitely ask next time if there are TVs in ALL bedrooms on my next rental. Great stay as a whole!

The overall experience staying here was good. It’s located in good spot, literally across the street from The Turkey Leg Hut. It was easy to travel to and from wherever you wanted to go. My only complaint about the home is the cleanliness. There was dirt/dust almost everywhere. It has fruit flies really bad, I mean they are all over the place. And I could never seem to get the app to work for the door lock which wasn’t that big of a deal I just used the code I was provided.

There are so many awesome things to say about this rental property. First, the location is unmatched we were within 10-15 min from all the spots we wanted to go to. It's right across the street from Turkey Leg Hut (which I recommend that you try when visiting). Secondly, If you're anything like me traveling to new states can be nerve-racking sometimes because you don't know the area. But the security system on the house made me feel so safe and secure that we even looked into getting one for our home. Lastly, no one wants to stay in a dirty rental home and this house was FAR from that. Everything was so clean and well put together it truly made you feel like you were in a home away from home. I can 100% tell you that every time I'm in Houston this will be my go-to rental if the dates are available. Also, the host was super sweet although I didn't write them much because I had everything planned. Their welcome message and confirmation let me know that they were open to helping me in any way needed.

Homeowner was great and communicative. Location was great. Food trucks, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Only con was that the bars are really close to home hence the music played till 2am. Did not bother me since I am a heavy sleeper.

Super thoughtful and responsive owner supported by a fantastic property manager; immaculately clean property in a great, central Houston location -- convenient to pretty much everything -- downtown, the Musuem District and the medical center. We came in to work hospital shifts and loved the house; three stories, super comfortable bedding, great high speed internet, very new, big-screen LCD TV's, etc. Mostof all, the property is secure, well maintained and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Awesome, sprawling property. Very spacious with lots of room to hang out. Great location with food and nightlife nearby. Host is thoughtful and very communicative, would definitely return.

Stayed in this beautiful condo for a wedding. We were 5 adults. We were so pleased that we were able to check in 2 hrs early and check out 2 hrs late. The condo is very well equipped. Decor is beautiful, comfortable beds. Gated community. We felt very safe. Walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens and supermarket, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nick (house manager) for going out of your way to open the condo early, to accommodate an early check in. And thanks to the owners Eugene and Lindsey for following up with us during our stay.
