The renovated king master suite offers a peaceful retreat with a double vanity, tiled glass walk-in shower, and direct access to the pool and backyard lounge area—perfect for morning swims or late-night relaxation.

The top level is accessible via a semi-spiral interior staircase or an exterior staircase, offering flexibility for guests. This level features a spacious main living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook with a built-in banquette seating eight.
Sliding glass doors open to a large outdoor deck with dining for six and comfortable lounge seating for seven—perfect for outdoor meals and evening relaxation.

Beach Access: Located just a short walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance, you'll have access to all the amenities you need for a perfect day at the beach, including restrooms, vending machines, a rubberized path to the ocean, and a shower. And if you're looking for a more private experience, we also offer a private Folly Field Beach Access (please note that this option does not include restrooms and vending.)

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Parking:
This home has a U-shaped driveway large enough for 4-5 vehicles depending on size. On street parking is NOT allowed. We also provide a bike rack out front for storing bicycles.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Cancellation Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
