All was above expectations. The host, Lizz was very accommodating and the stay for my daughter and her new husband was very enjoyable!!!

Overall, the location was great. It is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for evening walks, & we appreciated the use of the garage. Unfortunately, cleanliness & maintenance were disappointing. The kitchen sink, bathtub, & shower door had hard water stains & discoloration that suggested a deep clean wasn’t done. The dryer was full of towels, & we had to find a top sheet & make the bed ourselves — only a fitted sheet & comforter were on the bed. A 120 cleaning fee should cover more than a surface wipe-down. The ceiling fan wobbled so badly that the clanging chains & clicking kept us up at night. The kitchen & dining area had no window coverings, leaving zero privacy after dark. We didn’t reach out to the owner during our stay — nothing was urgent like HVAC or hot water issues, & we preferred not to have someone entering the space mid-trip. The home has potential, but these issues need attention to make future stays more comfortable & worth the cost.

It was the perfect amount of space for us and our two kids while visiting family for the holiday. The house was clean, nice, and conveniently located in downtown Fishers. I would definitely stay again!

We rented this property to be close to our daughter’s wedding at the Historic Ambassador House. It was an ideal location as it was an easy close drive to the wedding venue and hotels. The property was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. It was a comfortable retreat in between all of the various weekend activities.

Our family of six adults and two children stayed in Fishers for a wedding. We liked the house and the location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to a walking trail and Target for a few last-minute items. Liz was very easy to reach and got us a pack and play along with a booster seat for our one year old. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Met with 2 friends for 4 days of golf. House is convenient to courses and food options, as well as road access for travel.Bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms clean and neat. Only issues, were a stuck bathroom sink stopper, overflowing trash tote and no detergent to wash towels, as requested for check out. Only issues

House had everything we needed

Your home was very comfortable. Really appreciated the quick response for the need to change water filter. One recommendation I may make, we seniors are more comfortable showering if there are bars to hold.

The property was wonderful. We came in for a family wedding. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Close to everything but far enough away to be relaxing. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, what a great location. We went to the Indy 500 and it was convenient to plenty of restaurants, the expressways and a nearby walking trail. Close to shopping and things to do nearby. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We appreciated the welcome info.
