3 min drive to the beach, walking distance to downtown, 5 miles from Destin!

The property owner and the property were the best experience that I have had like this. Everything you needed was in the home and it was comfortable, clean and well supplied. The owner is super responsive and kind and I and my family fully enjoyed this stay.

Clean, spacious inside and loved the fenced back yard, beds were very comfy, loved all the beach items provided, very easy to communicate with owner.

Beautiful place, clean, good neighborhood, close to many things, especially the beaches and very comfortable! The host is so sweet and communicated well! Check in and check out were very easy and we loved our stay here!

The one and only negative thing is the mold at the door of the washer. Everything else was great. The house is in a great spot. Super clean. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. About an 8 minute drive to the parking by Rockin’ Tacos. About 30-45 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Lulu’s. A pack N play and baby monitor we were able to use. Plenty of room for all of us (5 adults a 5 year old and a baby). Definitely would love to stay again.

This home has been recently updated. Super clean. Comfortable bedding and linens. Very well stocked including beach chairs. Very good for a pet with tile and LVP floors and fenced back yard. Was perfect for our family and just a short drive to the beach.

We had a comfortable stay, the place was clean and spacious. It was close to a publix, and many other stores. We were able to go to mass at a nearby catholic church.

Will def book again! Plenty of space and very clean, everything you need! Loved the beach chairs and it is very kid/toddler friendly! We had so much fun! The house was very pleasant!

Property was very clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen gear, and beach supplies. We loved the backyard and took daily walks around the neighborhood. House is very close to Publix, great restaurants, souvenirs, and Beasley Park for the beautiful beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Im always picky when it comes to a clean home. This the first time that i saw a very clean and confortable home. I felt so at home. Love it

The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Her home was spotlessly clean and provided our every need. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Looking forward to visiting again.

Accommodating host and pet friendly with a nice fenced in backyard. There is a $200 pet fee.

This is a beautifully kept home. Pet friendly, our dog loved the big fenced in back yard. The check in process was simple and the lock was easy to use. Had everything we need for a 3-week stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Of note she moved our stay up a week when our grandchild was born 5 weeks early. I would recommend to anyone, and we will look to return.

House is exactly what it marketed. Owner is quick to respond. 5-10 min from the beach without beach price. Very quiet neighborhood.

The house was beautiful! There were enough rooms for all of a family of four and family of three. The bunk beds were perfect for the girls. The backyard was big and the deck was nice for eating dinner outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the location of the house was close to coffee, grocery shopping and the beach. The host even had beach supplies we could use while we were there.

We stayed here from June 23-June 28 2024. The house was so cozy and had everything my family needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was plenty big for our Yorkie and my autistic toddler to burn off energy. The beach and activities were only minutes away and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend 10 out of 10.

Great location: minutes from beach activities and restaurants, and is located in quiet neighborhood. We will return to property if available in the future.
