3 Miles from Disney World Orlando/Private Pool/Spa with Forest View

As a first time vrbo user things definitely didn't go to plan! Arrived very late at night after 16 plus hours driving. Only to arrive to the heat on in the house and the thermostat was locked, hairs all on stove, remote and other things broken, mattresses had mold stains and crumbs and tons of hairs on them, ceiling lights blown out and not working. We made host aware of issue, and they only responded back to the air/heat situation. We came back the second night after having a full day in Disney only to find ants (ALOT) in every bathroom and crawling into the bedrooms. We immediately messaged the host and even called the phone number provided and received no reply. We stayed up until 2 am cleaning and killing ants. Their response the next day was we could vacate the property by 10 am and we could receive a refund for the rest of our trip. That was on February 9th it is now the 18th and they have not responded and we have still not received our refund. There is much more to this story but unfortunately, I only have so much space to write! Communication was horrible, the cleanliness was by far not what it should be, the lack of effort to remedy the situation was disappointing to say the least, and having to take a family of 6 packed up and find somewhere else to stay was not we had hoped for our family vacation! 10/10 don't recommend!

Overall the property was nice. The pool heat was intermittent but I realize keeping the heat in the pool can be difficult with lower overnight temps. The hosts were responsive, the unit was mostly clean on arrival, and bare minimum items were included. This could go from a 4 star stay to a 5 star stay with basic improvements (better toilet paper, nicer/more bath towels, a second roll of paper towels, etc). For the price we were overall satisfied.

House was as described in the advertisement which was great! We didn’t have this experience when we used another companies rental service over the summer and it was a horrible experience, thankful for the detailed description and photos. House was very clean and tidy. Super close to everything including the parks.

This isn’t our first stay at this property. We come to it because it’s always clean and comfortable. A great location that’s close to the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. As a bonus, the pool backs up to woods, so you have extra privacy.Heat the hot tub, it’s worth it!

Home is exactly as shown online. You will not be disappointed

House looked just as the pics did, kids loved all the Disney decor as did the adults!! Pool and Hot tub was clean and warm, we enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

My family and I loved the property and it worked perfectly for our trip. They hung out at the house while I was at a work conference and really enjoyed everything. We will definitely look at renting the property again when we go back.

What an amazing villa!!! We stayed for four weeks and this villa was perfect for us. There was five bedrooms so we had a lot of space and the layout of the villa was really good. The kitchen, diner, living room all open plan which we really liked. Everything was modern and good quality. The pool was so much fun, very clean and lots of floats etc. There was plenty of furniture around the pool to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The pool man came once a week to check it over and make sure everything was ok. All of the bedrooms were of a good size and the beds were super comfy with plenty of spare sheets and blankets if needed. There was a full cupboard of spare towels/flannels and a basket full of pool towels as well. The owners had thought of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with a huge amount of plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, glasses and cooking equipment . There was a small amount of items to get us going including toilet rolls, tissues, kitchen rolls, wash powder, binbags, cling film. We had so much fun in the games room, playing pool, air hockey and table football. The villa was very close to Disney (3Miles) so took around 15 minutes to get to Disney if the traffic was good. We were close to so many different restaurant's and Walmart was just around the corner so this made it very easy to stop off somewhere on the way home. The owners were very quick to respond to any messages I sent and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect

This house had a great layout in the kitchen, eating and living room areas. Plus ample sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers in our group and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a slow cooker, a couple coffee pots and a blender. However, the knives needed sharpening and the can opener wasn’t the best. We could have used a bigger bowl and a bigger pot. But we managed quite well with what was provided. One of the beds was very firm and one quite soft. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
