3 Mi to Ski Resort: Hot Tub Haven in Breckenridge!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The beds (at least the masters) ate a type of memory foam & were comfortable. Lots of stuff for the kids to do from sledding in the back yard to the games provided. The location was great especially when festivals were going on in town, it was easy to get to beaver run for skiing and not dealing with heavy traffic trying to get through mainstreet. The hot tub was really nice (just make sure the water isn’t too high or it might change the temp on the touch screen) We had 5 kids with us ages 6-12 and 4 adults and still had room for more. Didn’t feel crammed as the house spans over 3 floors… I recommend bringing oxygen cans to help with the altitude and keeping some handy at the top floor. Would stay here again.

Huge place right next to Downtown Breckenridge. 3 levels with plenty of beds and rooms. Amazing hot tub, open two car garage made it easy for the grandparents to park and get their stuff out. Communication with staff was easy and great. Overall an amazing house, location and property management!

The house was fantastic and enormous, spanning 3 floors, with lots of bedrooms and outdoor deck space. The games were top notch! High quality pool and foosball tables, and a sweet retro arcade came, plus a cabinet FULL of cards and board games (even toys for kids!). It was very clean and the host was super nice, helpful, and responsive. Check-in and Check-out were easy and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

The Crown Retreat was a much bigger house than we were expecting. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and had tons of room and extra beds. Everything was new, clean, and modern. It is nicer than the typical rental. The hot tub got a lot of use after hiking and rafting, as did the Pac Man machine, pool table, and football. The house is well located 5 minutes from Breck. We’re looking forward to coming back in the winter and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in Summit County.

Very quiet, roomy and has many options. Saw a buck with velvet, he was comfortable with us watching him. Close to town and all activities. Would stay here again!

Perfect house for our bachelorette weekend! The house size, layout, and amenities all made for an amazing getaway weekend. The renovations are beautiful. There are plenty of beds, bathrooms (even for 9 women) and hangout spaces (incl. a hot tub)! The water pressure and temperature of the water was great. It worked really well for the vibe we were going for; we mostly hung out at the house, but had some time in town which was easy since we were so close. Would book this house again for sure!

Fabulous place to stay! Three floors, all fitting a different purpose. My group of 8 used each floor each night! Playing games and hot tub downstairs, poker and movies on the 2nd floor, meals and prepping for the mountain on the first floor! Fantastic all around! Only downside is the water only stays hot for about 3 showers, so don't all shower at once! Beds are also very firm, but that's good by me. Overall A++ Would stay here again.

This was probably one of the best homes I have rented in the mountains. The home was very spacious and had plenty of room. The home was located only 5 min from downtown Breck which is amazing! The home was also very clean and provided with all things for our stay. I will 100% rent this home again if it is available when we take another cabin trip with family.
