Stayed Oct 16, 2025It was a very nice house, with a great patio/pool area. The beds were very comfortable. We did have some issues with the outdoor TV. Although, after a few conversations with the property manager they did send someone over to get the TV’s working.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Overall, it's a great location with plenty of space for a family of seven plus a baby. We appreciated the roominess and convenience. However, I do wish the house had been a bit cleaner—particularly the refrigerator, microwave, oven, laundry dryer vent, and the master bedroom. A little more attention to cleanliness would have made our stay even better.

Stayed May 7, 2025This is a lovely home, but the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. The garage was very very dirty and when I contacted Sara she did not apologize, she told us the cleaning crew was not responsible for the garage. The tile floors in the house had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. I had one of my guests ask me if they could wash the sheets from their bed, as they had a very bad smell. The listing says the home has 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2 full bathrooms inside the home, and a half bathroom in the garage. I asked Sara to have the owner of the property contact us, but that never happened. After my initial conversation with Sara the day we arrived I never heard back from her until I followed up a few days later. She never acknowledged that we were unhappy with the cleanliness of the property, she only said that the house had been cleaned and they have never had complaints before. Very poor customer service. The house may have been cleaned but not very well. The pool was very nice and very clean. We have rented homes in Havasu for many years and this was the worst experience we have had and we would not rent again.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025We had a wonderful time in Lake Havasu. The house was perfect ! The pool & the gas grill was the cherry on top. The neighborhood was quite and the house was only a short few miles from the lake - Just Perfect !

Stayed Jan 8, 2025There were 4 adults that stayed in the house. The house is amazing, activities out the back door and in garage to keep people busy. We were unable to use the pool, too cold!! The wind was relentless while we were there so we didn't use the volleyball, pool or putting greens. Nice location. It was perhaps more house than what we needed, but we enjoyed our stay!
