We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and as stated in the description. Beds were comfortable. If you love coffee, this is the place to stay!! Pinewood Coffee is a block away. There are sidewalks so it’s very walkable. The cons of this place is parking is a little confusing and communication with the host. Seems the property is managed by a rental company and not an individual host. If you stay over a weekend don’t count on being able to contact anyone but the answering service who can’t do a thing! Noise was an issue and there was no toaster in the kitchen. Other than that it was a lovely place.

We called the property manager twice and both times she wasn’t very nice and came across as uncaring and rude. Parking was confusing, the AC was set at 85 so it was really hot when we checked in. We set it at 70 and after 2 hours it only got hotter. We called to request maintenance, and the gentleman that came to check it was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and came quickly. The air filter was filthy and the AC did need to be fixed. The place was decorated nicely. The floor of the shower could’ve been cleaner. It still looked a little dirty, but the restrooms and kitchen did have everything you’d need. Although, we didn’t find a can opener and the refrigerator doesn’t have an ice machine or water. WiFi was easy to use and didn’t have any issues. There is only one tv in the living room and the couch isn’t very comfy. It’s definitely not set up to relax and watch tv. The house is super convenient to visit places like the Dr Pepper museum, magnolias, zoo etc. Over all, our stay was decent, but not likely to rent again.

The house was actually very nice. Parking was slight issue because it is not real clear which driveway to use. The neighbors on both sides were a little noisy. One with loud music and one had barking dog. Being on a mina street also had lots of noisy vehicle traffic. Over all not too bad but a little more peaceful sleep would have been nice.

This house was darling! We stayed here two nights so that my daughter could tour Baylor and we could have a shopping day at Magnolia and all the cute boutiques. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. It is about three houses down from Pinewoods, which is one of the most popular coffee bars in town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Things about this place that are good:Location, it’s close to almost everything. Like less than 15 minutes to basically any attraction in Waco. Place was clean, it was well kept but it smelled of weed. Thing about this place that were not good: Parking, there is a dedicated parking lot behind the house, the location of the lot was not listed in the listing, and it’s so steep that our rental car got scratches on the frame. We parked on the street, when not able to park there, there was 2 “drive way” like areas right next to the house, one to the left of the house was not kept well and also damaged the bottom of the car. The second one was nice but there was a massive truck and a boat in them at all times. Toiletries stock, was poor. They had nice bows on them but there was 6 total tissues in the house, but they were in the boxes like they had pulled them all out checked the number and shoved them back in. 1 roll of paper towels, but luckily plenty of toilet paper if you look in the second bathroom. Cold, we went during winter time, January. Heat control only lasted 3 hours and then at back to 65. Even in the middle of the night. One of the bathrooms, no matter what you did felt like outside. Which at this time was very cold. Neighbors were loud, had lots of people over after 11pm. Location of the bedroom is right next to one of the neighbors front doors. So they woke us up often. They also have a small dog, which barks a lot…. Overall would not chose again.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfy. We had easy access to the places we wanted to go. There could have been more regular coffee pods available; the majority of pods were decaf. The only confusion we had was around exactly where to park, but we did figure it out.

The property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and cozy! The host did a great job with every aspect of the house. The neighbors were noisy and a dog was barking outside the window at 6 am every morning. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.

Hard to get a hold of anyone on weekends. We had an issue in the middle of our stay, no response until we checked out.Overall, the house was wonderful.

This was the perfect spot to vacation. The place was very clean and well decorated. It had 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I enjoyed the nice furniture and the whole place was comfortable. It was close to downtown and a short drive from Magnolia Silos and spice village. It was on a quiet street and I felt very safe the entire time. I will definitely be returning soon!

Roomy for a smaller house with all the details provided. Don't be deterred by the parking description, as there's plenty of street parking too. Some noise comes through the shared wall from the joining house but it wasn't too bothersome. Easy to access keypad on the door made check-in and checkout simple. Great stay with all the Waco sights quickly accessible. I would stay again!
