Very nice and large property at Palmetto Dunes. Walking distance to the beach. Kitchen was very well equipped. Enjoyed our stay very much. Vacation Company is extremely responsive.

The location and Palmetto Dunes community was perfect. There were restaurants, activities, and even a general store, right on property. If you wanted to, you could probably never leave during your stay. The location of the house was great, literally steps to the beach as the access path was right out of the back yard. We could not have asked for a better location unless we were to stay on the beach. Amenities were plenty. Washer/Dryer worked fantastic. For two families who have young kids, this was crucial. Pool & Hot Tub were nice. We did have to call to have the pool cleaned upon arrival. In all fairness there had been heavy winds that day. However, the only tool to clean the pool was a skimmer with a hole in it. That does nothing for all the leaves settling on the bottom of the pool. Would have been nice to have a brush or something we could have used to address that. We paid to heat the pool & hot tub and it was well worth the money. Temps were around 70+ degrees each day so heating the water was necessary. We did have issues with the air conditioning. Worked the first day and then stopped for about the next 3 or 4. Ended up being blown fuses that needed to be replaced. The Vacation Company was helpful and responsive each time we called. Service was prompt and the staff was pleasant. None of the plugs for the bathtubs worked. So baths were out for the kiddos. There were plenty of showers/bathrooms in the house so availability was not an issue. Many of the bathroom sinks had issues draining. We are unsure of why, but it's not something we bothered to call for service on. Kitchen had almost everything you could want or need. PLENTY of dishes/silverware/utensils... I would highly advise they invest in some pot holders though. We cooked a few nights and had to use hand towels to sit the pots/pans on. We really loved the big dinning area and long table. We ate most meals there as we could all fit very comfortably. We really liked the electronic key pad for entry. It made things easy for all. Hilton Head is a beautiful place. We would visit again.

We had a great time. Location very close to the beach and lots of amenities in the resort area. House was nice- one shower and TV operating issue but we didn’t use all the rooms so it wasn’t a big deal. Service response was timely when we needed it. Would stay again

This was our second year at this property. We had a wonderful time again this year. The home is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The pool is large and private, and the proximity to the beach is a definite plus.

Great vacation week The property was everything we thought it would be and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our Fourth of July vacation week and appreciate you sharing the property with our family. Would definitely come back to this location again.

The home was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the many porches. The pool was very nice - larger than many private home pools. It was a short walk to the beach which allowed us to make multiple trips there each day. The Vacation Company was very responsive whenever we contacted them. It was a wonderful experience.

We loved the location! The only downside was there Happened to be a lot of construction noise going on all week. Nothing anyone could control.

Great house with an amazing location. One minute walk to the beach. The house has plenty of room and everything you need.
